Very cute store and the food was delicious. It was nice to have outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The staff was very friendly and the price is fair. Recommend this place if you crave some nice BBQ sandwiches.
Everything was fantastic. The brisket had a perfect crust and great smoked flavor. The ribs melted in your mouth, and the sausage had an amazing smokey flavor. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The beef brisket may be the best in town. I also love their tangy bbq sauce. I suspect it is home made given that this is a scratch kitchen.
On Monday, took a motorcycle ride with Deb for lunch. I had the two meat plate with brisket and barbacoa and Deb had a one meat brisket plate. We each had different fixin's and shared themBoth potato salads and slaw were very good but the mac and cheese was a bit overcooked.The Barbacoa was very good and not greasy and the Brisket was tasty but a little chewy.Very pleasant and friendly staff and the meal was good value for money. We had to take half of it home,!
Had the chopped beef sandwich... cost $10.Was it worth it.... maybe, maybe not but I was hungry.It wasn't a horrible sandwich but I am not a fan incomparison to another bbq joint in town.
My husband and I discovered this little gem on a trip to Fredericksburg. It’s was absolutely delicious!! As a born and bred Texan who now lives elsewhere my husband was sooooo happy to find this place! Don’t miss out on the red potato and corn salad, it was so good we went back to seconds to take home with us!
Great brisket! deeply smokey ribs and delicious sides! All great things! Just opened in June so check them out for some fantastic grub and help them thrive!
