Safari winery was our first stop for the weekend. It did not disappoint. All the wines are from the Southern Hemisphere, unlike most of the wineries carrying Texas wines. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure. She had a vast knowledge of the wine and gave superb recommendations for the tasting as well as for the rest of our weekend!

My favorite winery in Fredericksburg! Great atmosphere and even better wine. They have a great South African collection, as well. Their manager Bailey is the sweetest and took such great care of our group. I’ll be back again very soon! ??

Had an amazing experience on my 31st birthday, and found my new favorite wine. My friend and I became wine club members, and are excited about our shipments of wine. This why by far my best experience at a winery I’ve had. Shout out to Cristy for making mt birthday special!
We visited for their wine tasting and Kacy made it quite the memorable experience. She’s super sweet and so fun! It was $21 to taste 5 different wines but if you sign up for their wine club, it gets waved. You get to pick your wine quarterly and everything we tried was awesome! Highly recommend. Ask for Kacy when you visit!
If your in Fredericksburg, TX definitely check out this winery. They have a variety of amazing wines to choose from and the staff is so friendly. Really make you feel like you’re apart of the family. Highly recommend the charcuterie board.
