The wait persons were so friendly and welcoming! ❤️❤️❤️
Our pizza was ready when we arrived to pick it up. We were mistakenly told otherwise and it sat there while more than a dozen other pies came out before the mistake was noticed. The pie arrived home at a less than satisfactory temperature due to this delay.
The delivery was spot on! Pizza was hot and yummy. Very pleased.
Started with girl at counter that everything we asked she would say I don't know I don't work at this store I'm just helping out after saying that atleast 3 times we finally order. The order finally comes to our table ( no other customers in side) he brings 2 salads.. only ordered 1.... then they bring my personal pan pizza but not the sandwich that my husband ordered when I was almost finished with mine she brings his sandwich we asked where the chips that comes with the sandwich was she again stated she did not know as she does not work at this branch. Asked could she atleast ask someone, acted like it was an inconvenience but found out they do not order chips so do not have them I then as why was it on menu she again stated she works at a different store also sandwich was not what was stated on menu. . Very unprofessional.
My super supreme pizza had pineapple pieces in it. Paid for jalapeno and I saw him scooping it up with the cup instead of a utinsil. I just don't know how clean this place is.
I absolutley LOVE Pizza Hut pizza but last night I ordered a large pizza and cheesesticks to be delivered to my house which is about 2 miles from the Pizza Hut in my town and it took 3 hours and 2 phone calls to get my order!!! The first lady I talked to told me they were on a 2 hour delivery time (the computer said 1 hour) and then when I called back after 2.5 hours, the man told me the order had been lost and he was personally going to cook it and bring it to me. He did do that and I appreciate that but I am still upset that it took that long!! Hire more people!
Its like they intentionally tried to male a ridiculous 2 pizza's cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls.. Absolutley pathetic.. They deserve 0 stars..
It was ready when I got there, the staff were very nice and the pizza was delicious!
If the store is short with employees they should state on website that delivery is not an option. I was told I would get my order a 2 hours later but never did, they said the driver called but never got a call. So know I have to keep an eye on my bank to see if and when I get my money back.
Everything was poor quality. It was over cooked and just thrown together.
