lots of things to say about this experience, i love McDonalds but i didn’t have the best experience. the girl taking my order was being trained, she was very shy and was not getting any guidance, not her fault in the slightest, but we were getting two double quarter pounder’s with cheese and they didn’t have the second patty, ketchup or pickles, so i brought up my burger to show them that and the manager took it back and put the stuff on there but forgot the other two patties; theres a ton of errors with this, first of all things, if you work in a kitchen you are not supposed to take food back, i’ve worked in restaurants before and i was shocked, secondly, they blamed the poor cashier! she was brand new and being trained, not to mention that she put “double quarter pounder x2” so it was not her fault at all. overall not impressed but that poor girl was doing her best which is why i didn’t give this only one star.
visiting from austin and this was probably the best mcdonald’s experience i’ve ever had. the two ladies working at the window were so sweet and polite, plus my food was hot and fresh. also one commented on my septum so thank you <3
Inadequate staff. Order two coffees and a soda using the Mobile app. Chose inside pickup and my order number was on their display and they refused to fill the order. Both the cashier and Manager Jesus blamed it on the computer. Jesus told me I would have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. All for a $4.30 order! Ridiculous!! I even showed them the order on my smartphone and that the credit charge to my credit card. Nothing like customer service!!
Food was okay, service was not great, the double cheeseburgers were barely warm and the burgers were tiny on the bun. One was made correctly, the other had no onions.
Always quick to have food ready by the time you get to drive-thru window. Employees are smiling as they greet you.
Clean, good food, and nice, but I wouldn't say friendly staff. My only real complaint is that they are still forcing employees to wear mask. Just stop it already.
Do the employees there know how to read n speak English? Seems like every damm time I go I get my order wrong then when I go to the window seems like they don’t understand what I’m saying either that or high af. They should replace The Whole management team including the Esmy lady rude af
My wife and I have both tried to use the mobile app to order here but each time get charged extra at the restaurant (we pay on the app) but what we’ve come to notice is they do not honor the deals/rewards on the app. We ordered yesterday and used our reward points for a large frappe and when we went to pick up our food we’re charged at the restaurant for the Frappe. When we showed the employee at the window the total that we paid through the app she just repeated saying that we still owe over $4 then directed us to the second window to discuss it with them (we went ahead and paid the $4) but when we got to the next window she was there talking to them about it and she then came to the window saying the same thing, that we only paid for part of our order and that’s why we had to pay the remaining $4 and change. Do they just not honor the rewards here? Has anyone else had this issue with them? I contacted Mc Donald’s through the app but got a response stating we’d have to discus it with that restaurant which is what we tried to do first and got no where.
Rude drive through staff. Esmeralda the manager was rude and incompetent. They couldn’t have gotten my order correct if they tried. Had to pay for half my order twice and the only response that the manager gave was I don’t know and I can’t help. The poorest experience at McDonald’s I have ever had.
The guy at the first window this morning took my order twice. He still got it wrong. When I pulled back through to through he was pretty rude and acted like I was wrong. At least both sandwiches were fresh
