Food came out fast, like within a few minutes of everything we ordered. We had the mushroom toast, smoked carnitas nachos, and the kirsch Wasser chocolate cake. Food and drinks were good. We loved the atmosphere although we were seated right next to the kitchen where they were yelling out orders(i would ask for a seat away from the kitchen or outside if the weather is nice). Overall good experience.

This is a cute establishment. Stopped in for brunch. I ordered the fried egg sandwich without tomato. The cook forgot to add avocado and the 1 slice of bacon was overcooked/burnt. I happened to be sitting in a booth near the kitchen. It was clear the cooks did NOT know what they were doing. Each dish was being checked and sent back because something was wrong with it (missing something or had something it shouldn't). I understand many businesses are short staffed and the cooks may have been new. The staff was friendly and apologetic. I plan to stop by again and do recommend checking this place out.

Cute spot in Fredericksburg to go after wine tasting. The food and service were enjoyable (pork chop is a good choice for a main, and start with the onion rings.

Worst chicken schnitzel I've had in Fredericksburg, Texas and I own a house there so I've had plenty of variations that were much better. The service is great but her recommendation that their schnitzel was one of the best sellers was shocking as I and my chef buddy thought it was only edible and lacked any real flavor. Our poached eggs were way overcooked and failed to run over the dish when we pierced them. Absolutely the worst dry flavorless so called sweet and spicy bacon I've ever had... It was clearly cooked the day before, dried of its grease or fatty flavor, then reheated and brought out to the table. I might give this place one more chance but they better seriously impress if I'm going to ever come back for a third visit.

Had dinner in the outdoor seating area which was beautiful. Super cute restaurant with a real eye towards good design. Great ambiance and had really great service. We ordered the black-eyed hummus which was good but maybe a touch bland, the mushroom toast which we absolutely loved, and the gulf snapper fish tacos. Only real complaint was that the "blackened" fish on the tacos was smothered in Cajun spices and was almost too spicy to finish eating. Would go back and reorder the mushroom toast and try other dishes.

Trying a new place in Fredericksburg! They were very busy at lunchtime, so we got added to their waitlist while enjoying some wine by the fireplace. They do have a full bar as well. They have nice patio dining too, but we took first available seating, which brought us inside. Cheryl & I had the Chicken Schnitzel and Mark had a Wagu burger, all of which were delicious, and our waitress was friendly and provided great service! Lots of mid-scale culinary choices on the menu with a focus on farm fresh, local ingredients. It's a quaint, renovated German-style farm home with plenty of space and seating. Located where the landmark Peach Tree restaurant, tea room, and gift shop sat for 49 years, just walking distance from Main St.. Free off-street parking available within walking distance to South Adams St. We'll definitely have to return for some dinner and live music.

We loved the farm-to-table food, the ambience, and the creative decor. Save room for the divine chocolate cake!

Excellent food and service. We really liked the onion ring appetizer and thoroughly enjoyed our herb chicken and mushroom pasta entrees. Great desserts... chocolate cake and bread pudding. We loved both the outdoor and indoor seating options. Good bar and creative cocktails. Nice wine list. Very pleasant ambience and convenient location to Main St. We heard that their weekend brunch is excellent, but haven't tried that ourselves yet.

The ambiance was amazing and the food was great. My husband had the red snapper and I had the pork chop both were excellent. Had the bread pudding for desert and it was well worth the calories.
