Tried to enjoy an evening here & was turned away because we had 7 in our party. They only allowed 6. We asked if we could split up our party & no was the answer. I guess they didn’t want our money. Lots of good, friendly wineries in Fredericksburg. This is NOT one of them!
This place was so rude! Every other place on Main Street was so nice and considerate that we have a new born! We walked in with the stroller and a sleeping baby and was turned away and felt so judged! Other places on main had no issues with newborns.. do better. Parents of kids that can’t walk or speak and just sleep may goodness cut us some slack! Everyone else is very Accommodating!
Mrs. Ann Kinney was absolutely wonderful and I cannot wait to come back with my husband. We were in town for a wedding and while my husband attended wedding festivities I was able to enjoy myself in town. Being so nervous about doing a tasting alone was a waste of time. Mrs Ann made me feel so comfortable and talked to me like an old friend. Her quite demeanor was welcoming and she did not make me feel out of place for not knowing much about wine. Will absolutely be returning next visit.
Jim Overman made this experience for my girlfriend and me a truly incredible one. Very knowledgeable on their wines, very personable, made us laugh the entire time and made the experience very unique for us. 10/10 would recommend Grape Creek to a friend and would definitely ask for Jim Overman as a tasting ambassador!

We had a superb wine tasting experience! Johna was a very knowledgeable sommelier and provided vivid descriptions, further elevating the quality of our tasting. Our family has switched memberships to Grape Creek based on this very experience. Can't wait to gift these for Christmas!
