Ordered a pizza that was never delivered. Granted, the order was placed shortly after midnight on a Saturday night. The worker who took the ordered assured me it would be delivered within 45 minutes. Over two hours later, nothing. No text or call letting me know the delivery wouldn’t be completed. But, Domino’s was happy to take my payment. If you can’t deliver because you’re too busy, just say so.
They got my order backwards! I ordered online. I selected extra sauce and I got NO sauce! I tried to call to find out what happened, YOU CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE! I believe in letting the place fix the issue instead of just blasting them with bad reviews, but HOW CAN I?????
JUST ORDERED THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE PIZZA AFTER SAYING ITS BEEN DELIVERED AND THEN LEFT ME ON JOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR
My order was late and they went to the wrong area of my work. There was no extra butter or cinomin on my cinomin sticks very depressing. On top of that my order was lube warm ??? I was trying to call them for a store credit and they made me wait for over 31 minutes which makes me upset and disgusted. I shouldn't have tipped the driver, he got my drink wrong gave me extra garlic and icing which was wayyyyy toooo much. Waste of money ?, but sadly this is the only choice we have late at night when we work overnights.????????????????????????????????
They told us the pizza was ready but when I got there they said they forgot to put it in
I ordered 2 pizzas for carry out and one was cold very little sauce the second had no sauce at all
Have had some issues with domino’s recently. My food was made wrong, and burned. The delivery driver left my order at the front of the apartment complex I lived in on the sign and waited 20 mins to even call and tell me where my food was and then left a very rude comment about us on the back of our receipt
Been on hold for over half a hour trying to figure out why they won’t deliver 5 miles away I could be there before they even cook the pizzas and yet I’m to far away and just put on hold and ignored, I don’t recommend this place unless your right next to these lazy people, get papa johns instead
I was staying at the Days inn at Fredericksburg and was searching a place to get dinner after visiting Marketplatz. All other pizza places were closed at 9PM. This pizza location was open late hours so decided to order take out from here. Ordered 2 large 5 topping pizzas online for $11 each, and it was ready in 10 mins. Only issue is that Dominos doesn't provide any red pepper flakes for take out so had to buy one tiny packet for $2.5 or so. Pizza was good by the way.
Pizza was ready on time. But it was the wrong type! The employee cancelled the transaction and awarded a free pizza next time though.
