Amazing red wines. Great service. If you like reds, you won’t be disappointed with the Vino Del Re selection. Definitely try the Brunello!My wife loved the Prosecco and Serprino.We’ll be back for sure!

Really enjoyed this place. Welcomed in with open arms. And felt like family. The wine history here is 4 generations and a great story of wonderful American history the way it is supposed to be. Wine was great and we enjoyed our stay and those that served us. Thanks Royal
The place it’s really nice and wine as well, but servers were NOT kind enough to show us the menu because they were about to close in 40 minutes. I mean, I have walked in a restaurant 15min before closing and they’re still top service.This place is nice, but they lack customer service. Come in at your own risk!
Best wine tasting room in Fredericksburg!!!! Excellent 10/10 customer service across the board - we received great recommendations on good places to eat and vineyards to visit! Special shout-out to Royal who really exemplified the meaning of true warm southern hospitality.For those who love sweet wines - visiting Cross Mountain Tasting Room is a MUST!!!! So many great options, reasonably priced and tasting portion sizes are very generous compared to other tasting rooms nearby. Great place to stop by for anyone visiting Fredericksburg for the first time!!
Friendliest staff and hands-down THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had. My wife and I did wine tastings and they gave us nearly 3 extra tastings for free! Will be recommending this place to anyone going to Fredericksburg!
Not only is the wine great but the staff is very friendly. Kevin helped us out and gladly served us tasting glasses to decide on which bottles to purchase. Would definitely recommend this place and ask for kevin for some friendly help.
We were greeted by Royal when we first walked in. He was very helpful with recommending different selections for our family. The variety of choices here was very nice. Royal was helping several people at once, but was still making sure we were taken care of. We walked out with eight bottles of wine and signed up for their wine club. We will be coming back every time we come to the area.
Unfortunately whomever does their wine club customer service doesnt quite understand the term customer service. The gal that helped us at the winery was absolutely amazing and I let her know that I was joining the wine club because I wanted to start drinking whites since after having my baby I couldnt drink reds anymore. I developed a slight allergy to them. When we received our first shipment, we received ALL reds, I let them know that I ordered one type of red for my husband but ALL the other wines, were white. They informed me that there was nothing that they could do, it wasnt noted on my form that I couldnt do reds and they can replace any bottles ordered anytime do to them being out of stock. Which would have been 100% fine but a valid assumption would be that if white wine was ordered and out of stock it would be replaced with other white wine, not ALL red. All a customer needs is a little validation and customer service to stay. They could have been very nice about it and rectified the situation and I would have been a lifer. I am very sad to have cancelled because I loved their white selection but this company had no issues with tossing a paying customer away, very bummed.
