We were in Fredericksburg and we wanted to ho out for some drinks and listen to live music. Chase's Place offered both excellent drinks and live music. The menu is small but the offerings were delicious. During our visit we shared a crab cake and cheese burger. The crab cake was full of crab meat with very little filler. The burger was very juicy with perfectly melted cheese. We were also impressed by the craft beverages created by the bartender. The drinks were well crafted and had a great presentation. We were very satisfied with the visit and will come back again.
Great experience! It's a chef limited menu that changes each week. Everything used quality ingredients with full flavor. The feeling of the spot was fancy limited menu restaurant meets small town Texas!
Amazing place to eat, the lobster tacos were otherworldly, and the burger was amazing! Can’t wait to come back!!…… I would only ask that there be a few more tacos with the lobster order??
Small place so get there early. The food is great. A bit pricey but worth it. Ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, as was the potatoes and Asparagus. My wife had the Scallops and they were perfectly cooked and flavorful as well. The cheesecake brownie dessert was to die for if your a chocolate lover. You won’t be disappointed if you try this place.
Great stop while staying here for tomorrow’s wine experience in the area. Nice, fancy feel inside with simple picnic feel outside. Bar staff are like artists and the drinks are all unique and delicious. We ordered the specials off menu and beyond amazing flavors. The owner stands out as very involved and service dedicated. Our server was nice and attentive but something’s were a bit slow. The place was very busy on a Presidents’ Day weekend explaining the slightly slower arrival of some drink items. If here make this place a stop but arrive early to avoid the wait.
I'm not sure we could've had a better time at Chase's. We were lucky enough to get seated at the bar. The bartenders were so much fun and it was very clear they love their jobs. The cocktails were amazing, and I don't usually like cocktails, the TODDY was the best I've ever tasted! Special shout-out to Cody behind the bar, he truly made our experience a blast. I wanted to adopt him! The food was "lick the plate and embarrass yourself" delicious! We had the lamb lollipops, Caesar salad and the Chef's Specials of the evening. *chef's kiss*Trust the staff when it comes to recommendations, they nailed it with ours. Thanks again Cody, Travis and Eric for a lovely and fun night out!
Excellent quality! The signature cocktails are both unique and delicous, and the cheesecake is genuinely great. The vibe is pleasant and enjoyable, with an atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
My husband and I are visiting from Houston Texas and we were shopping all day and starved! Found Chase's and happy we did! Everything was great, service as well! We'll definitely be back! The craft cocktails are a MUST to try!
I can’t say enough great things about this place! Craft cocktails, food and staff are all amazing! It’s our new fave place in Fredericksburg. We will definitely be back.
Without a doubt the best steak I have ever had in my life. The owner is an amazing human being. The whole staff is professional, nice, and fluid throughout the entire meal. 5 stars in all categories. Do not miss the opportunity to eat here
