Good food, good service, can't wait to go during lunch.
Went here with some friends while visiting from Austin. The food tasted good, but the portions were a bit smaller than my usual Tex-Mex dive for the price. It's possible that we were just famished after the miles of hiking at Enchanted Rock beforehand, but I was hoping for more food for the money. Also, a few of us had stomach issues after.
Campo Azul was our savior when we were on our trip to Fredericksburg and craving for good food. We checked this place based on the reviews and we actually liked the place. They had a good ambience, friendly staffs and served us good food as well. The best part of the food was its quantity which was so filling and helped us for the rest of the day.
Have you ever been to a place that you will say, “I’m definitely coming back!” This is that place. It’s a real hidden gem. Food is great, drinks are great! It’s really good!!

Food and margs are amazing!! The fact that the servers, bartender, cashier, and hostess communicate well makes your dining experience quick and smoothless. Must try!
I've been dining with Campo Azul for many, many year's. One of my favorite local restaurants. It's always consistently delicious. I know that when I order from campo my food will always taste like it did the last time. Now I always get the same few items- Cheese Enchiladas or chimichanga, crispy Tacos, and of course tortillas beans and rice. All excellent.
Delicious food served by Excellent wait staff who are friendly, helpful and considerate. Excellent prices. Love this restaurant and we go weekly.
The food here was all very flavorful. I had chicken fajitas that were outstanding. I particularly like the flavor of the pico. The tres leches cake was very good. To those that say their there’s food isn’t seasoned well I say bunk. We thought all the food was season just right. They have a green and red sauce that they serve with your meal that both were VERY flavorful. Overall we really enjoyed the restaurant and will definitely come back.
