Went to this restaurant when they first opened and this was a top notch place with the best service and vibe. I have been there probably 10-12 times about 10 yrs ago. Hadn’t been in a long time so took some friends from out of town recently -OMG what a difference - the service was horrible. The worst waiter I have ever had in my life. The place needs a lot of $$ with decorating. The new owners are very chintzy. Resturant also Very dirty. They used to have pretty curtains around the booths in the walls - now they are gone. what a night and day difference this place is from yrs ago. It’s gone downhill! I walked in and a little girl was asleep on the sofa in the entry way - then started colouring on the table. Looked like a day care. then another little girl was climbing on the center wall about 4 ft from the floor. Neither the mngt nor the parents told her to get down. Who lets their child crawl on the wall while patrons are dining? Very rude. Never again.

I've lived here 3 weeks and I've already been there twice. Once during the day, once at night. Both excellent experiences. Both times we sat on the patio. The only downside is with the Texas wind. You have to nail the napkins to the table. Our young female server, Mariah (?) was super friendly and VERY attentive. I was in a bit of an emotional state because I had just moved away from my friends and family, so as my boyfriend and I were talking, Mariah never rushed us. She even had to return back to us several times just so we could make a decision on drinks. I'm not much of a slushy drink person but my boyfriend had gotten one and I felt like slogging the whole thing down. And it was so pretty too! When we decided that we wanted to do the quesadilla with shredded beef instead of the meat options they offered, she was happy to oblige. Great salsa with some spice to it too.So we ate, drank, held the napkins down and really had an enjoyable experience.2 weeks later..we went for a walk one night and last minute decided to stop in just to get something quick. The young gentleman that helped us went above and beyond when it came to catering to our special needs. (We wanted to share a taco salad). We were both just going to jam our forks in there and eat like slobs but he was kind enough to bring us little bowls and even two separate dressings and plenty of napkins knowing we were going to make a mess.Even though they were getting close to closing time, he didn't rush us. The lighting on the patio at night is beautiful. I took a picture of my boyfriend's delicious drink. "Do you want to share the other woman with me?" he says. The other woman is the name of the drink. ?Since we live right down the street now, we'll probably become regulars.

Nice Patio space bar & restaurant on Magnolia. Pet friendly (allowed us to bring our puppy on the patio, server brought a water bowl without requesting). Service was personable and competent. Food was decent, if a bit pricey.Overall, a good time was had. Would go again.

The 3some was really delicious and but I didn't really feel any difference after drinking it. one more might have gotten me on a lil lit. but the over taste was good. I also had the Carne asada taco which was really good as well although it could have had more meat in it. Bartender was very attentive and friendly. over all experience was superb

my friends a bartender ther and she makes great drinks she a midget that makes Big drinks ?????

Love this place!! Good people and a good vibe!!

HORRIBLE service and not only was my food tuff from sitting underneath a heat lamp but the bartender was clearly on something I had to ask several times for a drink AT THE BAR. Seems like lately Yucatan has been hiring Fort Worth's local druggies and drunks... sad i used to enjoy this place... its gone downhill the past few months.

GREAT FOOD GOOD SERVICE ...................................

I don't get the hype. Boring, dry, plain tacos without much flavor or any distinguishing features or flavors.Tables were dirty.I tried 3 different types of tacos. I think it's better than taco bell (if that's even considered food) ... maybe. But that's it.

After being invited here for dinner with my companion, I read the most recent reviews, going back two years, and was a bit disconcerted until I found out that the place is now under new management/ownership. The contrast between the reviews I’d read and my experience was huge. I found the service was good and friendly, plenty of space inside and out to sit and the place felt clean. I ordered three different tacos. Beef asado, fish, and pulled pork. The food took a while to arrive, but when it did we found it was tasty and fresh, but I would have liked a little more flavour in the pork taco. Portion sizes were generous. We had a good experience here and would come back, and select something else from their extensive menu.
