Service was stretched thin but they still maintained a good attitude. I had the bloody mary which was pretty good and had a decent kick (very tabasco-y). Had live music; while we were there, a solo guitarist was playing songs with many upon request (mostly 70s/80s country).Bathrooms were cramped (two urinals side by side in a 3x3 room), but sort of expected in an older building.
I'll be honest, there is a smell of old leather that hits you just as hard as the history in this saloon that may extend ones reach.
Our trip to Texas started by riding horses at Benbrook Stables, dinner at Joe T's and ended up for some Texas boot scooting at the White Elephant Saloon. It was all a great day. So much fun was had by everyone We all want to be full fledged Texans now.
Small bar. Great venue. Good live music
I got paid and it's really amazing to say, ( https://www.facebook.com/PM-Fast-Trade-104912912155335/ ) made it possible and i find him to be trustworthy and legit. I will advice everyone who is into trading to take a look and see if you will be able to achieve profits from him like i did. It was a safe and easy investing opportunity. I publish this to recommend him to others and you can say thanks to me later. contact: Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +44 7520 636249
This place is a must see when you go to the stockyards period of the ceiling with all the hats. The band the night we went was great. Drink prices are OK and the fill is pretty good on the alcohol. Would definitely visit again
Stopped here on our little pub crawl at the end of the night. Nice service and cold beer. We shared a cheeseburger and fries. Definitely needed it to soak up some alcohol!? We'd visit again.
Another awesome place in the Stockyard, whats pretty sweet is there are cowboy hats pinned to the ceiling from all types of celebrities and important people! Plus they have great drinks!!
I went to this saloon during the snowstorm, all the restaurants and shops in the Stockyards were closed so I was looking for food. The staff didn't care about me at all, the guy was busy chatting with his friends. As a single woman from Europe, I was a bit lost and looking for help to find food somewhere, I didn't feel welcome at all. The guy told me they had nothing left and he looked like he didn't care about helping me. So I left with no food, no beverage and no help. All the other places I've been in the Stockyards were welcoming and trying to offer help, not the staff of this Saloon.
Great music and great staff. We go every time we go to the stockyards.
