This is the longest I've ever and I do mean ever waited for a food item...been waiting on my pancakes and sausage like a fool for nearly 30 minutes. I should've asked for a refund...I'm watching cars come and go, and still no pancakes x sausage. I even went inside to inquire and was told they're waiting on the batter or pancake mix... seriously. If I didn't need to eat soft foods right now I'd be more upset...then they deliver with no syrup, butter or utensils...it's 9:32am... finally driving away...ughhhWhataburger do better!!
Man.. I have no idea what happened to this place. I'd say 80% of the time now, your order is going to be wrong. The fries are usually stale and have clearly been sitting there for a long time. They are also frequently out of things like buns or ketchup, or cups and condiments. When they get an order right it's usually pretty good but it's too far and few between. What is really unfortunate is the employees are usually super nice and friendly and even take the orders down correctly. I'm not entirely sure where the disconnect is from the correct taking of the order and just absolutely messing up the entire thing, but it happens far too often. I can't recommend this place at this point.
Ok . The cinnamon rolls... if I could get down on one knee and propose to marry the cinnamon rolls that they sell here, I absolutely would! They are SOOOO DELICIOUS AND HIGHLY ADDICTIVE! I also love the fact that I can order online right from my phone then go pick it up!
Guy at the counter was great! Fries were terribly stale and absolutely disgusting! Drive thru line always crazy long here but they reap the benefits of being the only late night place to eat in the area!
I tried they're Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Not bad. I would recommend getting it without the lettuce and tomato and add bacon.
Drive thru was slower than expected. Could barely here gentleman who took my order. He didn't seem interested in the slightest; however my order was correct.
Very friendly staff. Food was hot and burger was excellent. They never have regular ketchup. I don't get any or that hot spicy mess. No thanks!! It's good they make there burgers fresh. I wouldn't go back!!
Went for dinner. Ordered burgers and 3 chicken strip meals and specifically asked for gravy. Got to window, paid and when asked about condiments we asked for ketchup and i again asked if gravy was in meals and was told yes. Drive all the way home to find out there's no gravy and missing fries. 48 dollars spent too much for having items missing.
I went here after working late. The drive thru line was out to the street. It took a out a half hour to get my food. Once I got it the food was hot and as ordered...it just took longer then I expect from Whataburger.
Worst customer service and quality after midnight! Order wrong again! Burger had been cooked well over and your prior to serving! Fries cold.. Handed the drink out with lid half way on it..Window person about a friendly as a recluse! Happened before.. Now it will never happen again to me because I will never return to that location!
