My husband and I wait for minutes for service. First they where fighting over who's going to clean dishes. Finally someone acknowledge us and say Chris you have customer. And a guy point at us say where like we where no body. We. Live. Even a customer apologize for the behavior. This was 5/28/2022. Hey work is work appreciate what they give you and tried customer with respect like you one to be tried. We when to Ockland bulevar. The triedment was so different learn from them
Staff was annoyed by my server because he was cutting up like he was in school. Another customer had to get after him and told him the reason he was getting orders wrong was because he was playing.... And he wasn't wrong. Our server was bumping into other employees and being rude, made a facetime call, and was having a great time running around smarting off to the other customers around us. He forgot about our waffles BUT he did get us free OJ so that was cool. Thanks Darius ?
This place sucks. I went to get all star special with cheese eggs. Eggs was watery waffle was cold and got over charged. Waffle house going the shiter. Should have went to IHop....
Just left this place service was horrible, when we first got there young people behind the counter talking loud playing my friend wanted to leave at first she thought there were about to fight then to top it off, the bacon wasn’t cooked done sent it back still came back cold and raw, worst experience now I know why I don’t like Waffle House on top of all these young people to loud play arguing and little dude cursing. It’s a time for doing all this when the job is empty.
Very bad server young teenager who insulted use telling us to chill out did not offer any service or take order!We walked out!
It’s Waffle House! It was clean. Our server was polite but the cook seemed put out by us being there. They had the booths closed. We were informed that they are only doing Togo orders. They were out of a few things we ordered but over all it was not bad.
System is always down. Cashier was asleep in the corner when I walked in and it took me multiple tries before she woke up. Not a good look.***UPDATE 2/11/22***Great service and food. Much better

For one it was entirely too many staff members there for the building not to be clean to my bacon was not cooked and three I did not ask for waffles I asked for hashbrowns with ham cheese and onions also wheat toast Not white toast also I asked for water the table is dirty you give me dirty Utensils the staff was playing around and eating others ppls food until the manager came in so no please don’t go there now to this location
My son and I love coming to waffle house. It's a great company, quick food, and friendly people!
