Racist women at waffle house wouldn't talk or interact at all.Went to check out other customers that probably didn't tip them1. Jackie with the name tag2. Didn't have a name tag and laughed when I took a picture.Wouldn't serve me or talk to me til i told them i was a critic. Jackie said "Have a good day." It's all on camera ?????
I love their 3 egg ham and cheese omelet. It's always light and fluffy. I order grits in a bowl with lots of cream. But this time, there was so much grease floating on the grits, I used almost all the napkins at our table to soak up the grease. Ended up trying to pour the grease onto the napkins. Not a good deal. In addition, we ordered eggs, bacon, hash browns hot coffee and toast. Everything got eaten but the grits. No one I know likes loads of grease on their food.......
I came to eat around 2 or 3 in the afternoon and was served greatly, I ordered one of my favorites a hash brown bowl that was made quickly and to my liking, there was an amazing person there named Juniper and she took care of my friend and I with our orders. Super polite and dedicated to the service industry, I am sure I will be returning☺️
just went in and got a togo order 2 breakfast bowls with gravy on both. got to hospital and niether one had gravy. tried calling back up there for 30 and no answer. very frustrating!
The food is good customer service not so much especially when new people are there if employees are not capable of taking orders over the phone while running the inside then maybe they should not come to work or have been better trained i get it we all have to work alone sometimes but that can't be the excuse every time someone calls for a carry out order that is an inconvenience to customers and rudeness don't help
Everyone is always nice, always makes you feel at home and are always making sure you feel seen — not something you find easily these days. Always pick this place over IHOP and Denny’s, and I probably always will.
Saturday evening 1/22. Cook took my order. He made my brkfst just the way I asked! Both waitress & he were very attentive to me. I truly enjoyed my freshly made hot brkfst.
Usually good. Today the were short staffed and my steak and cheese omelet made me vomit when I got home. So gross. No more take out.
Was in here this evening with my father and we were completely blown away by the above and beyond food and service everything was just awesome and the staff were some of the best people we ever met will return here again as soon as possible keep up the amazing work Waffle House.Had the peanut butter chips waffle was the best thing ever ? ❤
