The consistency of Waffle House is 5 stars in its self. Being open on holidays and also having staff on duty with great spirits and happy attitudes isnt measurable with 5 stars, they need more. They have amazing customer service. Excellent food every single time. Everyone was so nice and happy to be at work, that’s the environment you want to be in. This Waffle House has it.
I can't say enough about how impressed I was by The Manager Grace Hunter and her entire crew, The store was extremely clean and very comfortable, relaxed , and the food was perfect. Whatever this Young Manager is doing is definitely working , and should be commended. Waffle House Corporate Keep an eye on this Young Manager she does your Company proud

If you need your mood brightened and home-cooked breakfast food, come here! The entire team was happy and worked well together. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there and lifted my spirits genuinely. I was having kind of a meh morning, and they turned my day around! Baeza was our server, and she was amazing and kind.There was a woman cleaning the entire time we were there. She was cleaning the table, mopping the floor, sweeping the floor. Great efforts to keep this business clean.The music was great when it was on; I would recommend having music on consistently.I do not usually eat breakfast food, but this waffle house has changed that for me!! Literally the worst customer service I have ever had. Menus were sticky and dirty. Our waitress Taylor was so rude, she shouldn't be working in customer service if she doesn't like her job. I understand people are short handed now because of covid, no one knows that better than me as I work I'm healthcare we are also short handed and over worked but that does not give anyone the right to be nasty and rude. My food was cold , it was inconvenience to even ask for a refill on my coffee and my son's chocolate milk. Manager didn't care either. She was just as bad. If I could leave a negative 1 star I would.
NOBODY SHOULD BE RUDE to these ladies , they all make an amazing team together, this location is one of the best locations ever...its my favorite place to eat good food and get a good laugh .These girls are so humourous and so so friendly. They greet and treat you well as soon as you walk in . Dear management if you read this , please reward them for their hard work. Good people.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, however - this was just not a good experience.We went here yesterday, the place was packed. Literally. Except the chairs near the front door where ppl could wait to be seated. They would not let us sit there to wait, told us we had to go back to our car, because of Covid.No masks required. No social distancing once seated. And the place was packed but we could not wait inside.Totally ridiculous.May as well post a pic of something else ridiculous.
The staff here are great. They are short staffed but are doing fantastic gives that. The food as been delicious and the staff are amazingly friendly. Great place to grab a bite to eat.
Terrible service...they weren't very busy, but couldn't be bothered to clean off a table for us to sit at...two booths had chairs placed on them because they didn't want any one to sit there, counter space empty but dirty, two booths empty but dirty....employee tells us to wait and when an employee comes back from break they'd clean us a spot...we waited about ten minutes and then walked out. They seemed to have plenty of staff there, lazy I guess, who knows?
