Haven't been here since 2019, and we've apparently been missing out. It appears that the menu is updated and expanded.This is by far my new favorite. The dumplings were perfect, both pork and steak spring rolls were awesome. The carrots in them were sweet picked and made them stand out! Vermicelli bowls to die for. If you haven't been back here, try it out!
Overpriced for mediocre food. Quality and portion both disappointing. Paid $10 for 8 pieces of fried calamari and $15 for a bowl of pho. 4 people dined in and paid $80 before tips. I’m new in town and tried this place bc of a recommendation from a lady who did my nails, and both of these places lost my business. It was that bad. Inflation? For the same $10, you can get a lot more at My Lan. Looks like inflation will make this place go out of business.
This was my first Pho and it was quite pleasant. The beef was thinly sliced and cooked well eating the broth. The broth had a sweet umami flavor served first with fresh vegetables. The noodles were rightly textured and I enjoyed the variety of flavors within the dish. Customer service was kind and explained an assortment of dishes in detail before I ordered (as I said it was my first time).Unfortunately the menu was slightly dirty with some crusted food and the chair I sat on had duct tape on the cushion, but the flavors here are unique and I'll be coming back.
My husband and I arrived at 8pm and they closed at 9 tonight. Even though it took us til 9 to eat we were told no rush and to relax. Very kind and friendly here. The ladies that helped us are very sweet. Food was delicious! Had their grilled chicken spring rolls and the Brisket Pho. I'm stuffed and look forward to returning to try more items on their menu.
The food at this place is good most of the time. We go a couple of times a week but have decided to try someone else. Their service STINKS and they are not cheap! I went in and picked up takeout and paid and left a 10$ tip. I ask the young girl up front if the had a container of sweet and sour sauce and she said 50 cents! Not the first time I have gotten bad service from her. The last time the food was cold.
The Combination Pho is delicious however the hygiene of the lead lady (maybe the owner) leaves nothing to be desired. She touches her hair and face whilst handling your food or making the boba smoothies. Additionally, if you order to go they give you half of what you actually paid for and then pretend to not understand your questions (no concept of customer service and also treat employees in a subpar way whereby you can see that the employees are sad and exhausted from the poor leadership).
Customer serve was terrible. I placed a to go order and the person I dealt with was not friendly on the phone or in person. After I left they called to tell me I forgot my spring rolls which they should have included in my order when I payed for it. The food itself was not the best. The pho sauce was very sweet and the spring rolls had a weird texture.
The service here is great, they attend you immediately once you come in.The boba is also good, has flavor.I ordered Pad Thai with Spice, it was horrible I only took 5 bites. It had absolutely no flavor, no spice. 1/10The box had a whole in it, and the tissue paper was dirty.The problem is the cook, would not come here to eat.
Expensive for the portions but the food was good! Cooked well and good flavor. Just not a lot of food for the price.
Disappointed how the young lady handled the service. We all make mistakes but please do not voice your feelings in front of the customer to your co-worker.
