I really enjoyed Voicebox with family. Nice open room to dance and sing. The staff was a different experience and because of them I wouldn't return. A misunderstanding on their end, and not one apology. Good customer service is a big deal and can definitely ruin an establishment for me. Make sure you speak clearly when ordering from your host so they know exactly what item belongs on which receipt(if there's multiple tabs). At the end of your session your card will be ran BEFORE allowing you to view the receipt.
We had a blast. It was great having our own room with just our friends - less embarrassment than with strangers. Haha You can also change the lighting how you want in the room (e.g. dim the lights so you can hide your face), there was even a disco ball in our room. The website where you choose your songs from gives you the option to control everything on the tv from your phone (skip, queue, add songs, volume)... plus you can even request service to your room from the site as well. We chose to sing for 2 hours but we could've easily stayed longer, and there were 6 of us. We plan to do this again!
Man this is a great place to have fun as couples or having themes parties and it's in a great location.
We had a BALL! We went on a spontaneous whim and the room was available! We started 3 hours... To the point where the waitress asked if we were ever leaving (jokingly, she was awesome)! ??? Our waitress was VERY friendly and even joined in on one of our last songs ?? I'd recommend this place to friends, family, girls' night out, kids (before 9pm), etc. Also, book online and set your lineup before arrival to avoid delays. If you like having fun, book 2 or more hours. FYI: it's $12pp, whether everyone sings or not. In other words, you pay for spectators if they enter the room.
Highly recommend! I came her the month prior for bachelorette party, and I just KNEW my daughter had to have her birthday party here! It was such a great time for all of the girls. Buy some glowing balloons and feather boas, and it’s a blast!The staff was the same both times I went, I didn’t catch their names but the guy and girl who helped us were super friendly and on top of our refreshments the entire party! Make sure to bring your parking garage ticket in with you so they can verify it!
I'd give Voice box Karaoke more stars if I could! Service was amazing and prompt, the karaoke system itself was very easy to navigate on our phones using their link, and the sound system itself was so neat! Drinks reasonably priced and just kept coming. Even have jello shots. The appetizer menu was filling. Never have I seen change the pitch so we can actually sing some of our favorite songs. They had such a wide selection of songs including some we thought we wouldn't see like mariachi or Broadway musical numbers. We were there for a bachelorette party, and had an amazing time. It was a very memorable night because of y'all! Will definitely be checking it out again on our next girl's night.

This was such a vibe and good time. We had a party of maybe 10. The room was so big probably could have fit at least 10 more people and still would have space. They have a collection of all types of music. The bartender made the best drinks and it they catered to all of our needs. The service was so good. Also in a good area to walk around etc
I really enjoyed the service the song selection the sound quality and ease of use. Best private karaoke experience ever and I’ve done private karaoke overseas where it all started??
Pretty fun place especially if you hate singing in front of strangers lol. Easy to use system to add songs. The servers are quick to get your drink orders to you. Your guaranteed to have a good time with friends.
