Mom’s day lunch! All 4 got Fajita Combos. Salsa Verde off menu long ago. Service awesome. Quality of food didn’t reflect increased prices. Closer to the tourist trap Joe T Garcia’s. Salsa bland and no kick. 3 overdone shrimp, chicken, and 70% of beef. Some chips on top of basket stale. Corn tortillas factory made now.
Went for the 1st time today. It was really good. Food was on point. Service was good. Food came out fast. Will be coming back. ?
Wonderful food, great staff and beautiful birthday pinata for my wife's birthday. Fresh fruit and churros inside with whipped cream and chocolate dipping sauce. So fun to watch her crack it open. Definitely make a reservation for large groups. We did for our party of 10 and were seated fairly quickly after checking in.
Wonderful fajitas. Tinder and jucy. Wait staff was on point. Attentive and friendly. Very busy when we went. They got us seated with no wait. Parking is tough durning busy hrs.Only one complaint. Dining room was extremity loud.
Good food, friendly service, a little pricey. Basic ritas start at $10, and fajitas for two are $40. The beef on the fajitas is tender, the flour tortillas are hand made, fluffy and soft. The standard fixins with the fajitas. Chips are thin and crispy, the salsa is roasted chipotle. Was disappointed there was no heat in any dish. Asked for hot sauce and was offered Cholula or Tabasco.

Freshness of the food they serve is a major contributing factor for what makes the wonderful meals they serve there so great. They have a full service bar there with a bartender and 2 capable assistants. I don't even think there is a freezer for food in the kitchen, much less a micro wave. They prepare those meals with fresh ingredients from scratch. Uncle Julios didn't write the book on Tex Mex, but their rendition of it has made the best seller list. Great job Uncle Julio's!
Everything from service to food was good! First time eating here and would definitely come back. The queso blanco is probably one of the best quesos out there. The combination enchiladas were delicious. The only note I would leave for improvement would be for the chip’s salsa as it was warm. Other than that everything was good.
Our waitress was superb. We tip her extra when she was so nice to our brother who had a bad day at work.
Bad service. Bad food. The meal started with a bare table in the middle of the walkway with no chairs or silverware and went downhill from there. Blame it on covid or inflation or just bad management but the $44 shrimp fajitas looked like a pile of beige canned salad shrimp. They were awful and tiny and discolored with no seasoning and had not been grilled. The beans tasted like canned ranch style beans. The guacamole was brown on one side. The bathroom was dirty. I expect more for $44 fajitas and I expect more from Uncle Julio’s, which is no longer a Fort Worth favorite. I won’t be returning.
