For many in the party, this was our first time. The food is unique, but tasty. We had questions about the menu. Tyrnee and her group were awesome. They are very friendly and personable. They put the cherry on the top. The staff went the extra mile wherever they could including cutting the cake, bringing in items, answering all and any of our questions and providing extra items for the setup and tear down. You will enjoy the experience. Parking is free with validation from the restaurant
I took my partner for his birthday dinner. Toro Toro was a new restaurant experience for my partner and I. When the staff found out it was for a birthday, they immediately brought out the birthday Tequila shot and chocolate. Impeccable service! We had a blast. The food was amazing! Flavorful, made-to-order, and plentiful! Seriously, Iâll be eating on it for the next few days (ordered the meat plate). I canât wait to return. Thank you Toro-Toro for a great experience.
Very noisy. Conversation difficult. Good meal, but hard to enjoy.
Took family to celebrate B day. Salmon, chicken, and steak were the best we have had in a long time. Definitely going back
Food was amazing, place was beautiful, and service great!!
Our favorite for date night! Our server Brett was wonderful and had great recommendations and was attentive. Highly recommend and ask for Brett!
Toro Toro is inside the Worthington Hotel in Downtown Fort Worth. We headed there before a show at the Bass Hall. Overall, we'd give it another shot. The bar looked amazing and the drinks were great. The food took about 30 minutes to get to our table (two entrees, and we were maybe the third table in the place), which was cutting it pretty close to getting into the show. The Snapper was absolutely divine. It is a small piece of fish though, so you may need another side to go along with it. The Wagyu Picanha was ok. I found the sinew a bit much for such a high quality piece. The roasted carrot side is very good.
First time at Toro Toro and won't be the last. Service was great. Food starting from appetizer to dessert was delicious and so many great flavors. We sat at a booth near the open kitchen and was fun watching them prepare the food. Definitely make reservations if going on a weekend.
Overall, good restaurant. Loud music and quite a variety of clientele. Took awhile to get our appetizers but the drinks were on par, personally I had the rum old fashioned. Their guacamole took a while to get to us but worth the wait, was very fresh with their handmade chips. I had the wagyu steak for my entree and wow, was so tender and moist. Was a little charred on the outside but the salt bath did it well and was tender and savory. Service was good, food was above good, would recommend and would go back.
It was my Husband birthday.
