I have passed this place up so many times and today me and my husband tried the lunch there and it was spectacular! The turkey wrap was full of flavor and the brisket melt was cooked perfectly. We purchased 2 ribeye steaks that we grilled tonight and they were so tender. We definitely recommend ? very friendly staff as well.
This morning we headed into Cowtown to help our youngest daughter on a new little business adventure. When I was a kid growing up, going to Fort Worth was always exciting since we lived at Garner, Tx on 10 miles of bad road.Even now when we drive in it bring back lots of great memories. We always let Jacey pick a special pace to go and eat lunch and today she picked “The Meat Board”. She said dad, “you’re a cow man, I believe you’ll will like it”.Todays choice could not have been better. Jacey had the brisket tacos, Cheryl had the brisket melt and I had the custom burger with a little “6666” chile and a fresh jalapeño. This place is a 15 on a 10 scale. They offer fresh meats (especially steaks) along with a selection of vegetables and seafood choices. I had a chance to meet and visit with one of the owners, Sam Bebee, and that added to the enjoyment of the lunch.I very seldom ever write a review but I liked this place so much I just had to pass it along. O man. Wish I would have found this place sooner! Great lunch spot and they have a reservable meeting room with full screen share capabilities. The butcher selection is very nice and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Definitely recommend. The “board room” needs to have an online reservation system linked to their company website, currently they are limited to call in reservations.
Went for the first time for lunch. We split a brisket cheese melt and a yardbird. They were both incredibly delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Can’t wait to return and buy some steaks!
Came in right when they opened to get pork chops for my husbands birthday. The guy that greeted me was super nice and recommended the tomahawks. I was worried there wouldn’t be enough meat on them so he fresh cut me two double cuts. They were amazing. My husband is super happy.
Love their Brisket Cheese Melt sandwich. It is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth! The meat is flavored to perfection and it goes perfect with the Toast and cheese. Everything about the sandwich is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I dream of this sandwich and can't wait for my cheat day to come around so I can dive in to this amazingness. I think I am inlove! They also have some stuffed jalapenos that you must try. Yummy to my tummy!

We’re big fans of the Meat Board! We come get for steaks Alec and they never disappoint. Definitely come for lunch on the patio the food is delicious! Oh, and get the chili - it’s the best chili you’ll ever eat!!
I got the brisket melt and let me just say I GOT BLESSED ON A WEDNESDAY!!! Saw gods and glory because it was just so good, I almost shed tears I hope those works and cooks get a raise ?
