It was my first eating at the biscuit bar and it didn't disappoint. For my biscuit I had the hot hot chicken which was their Nashville hot chicken sandwich with pickles which was delish. The biscuit was nice and fluffy on the inside and was tasty. I added extra hot sauce to give it an extra kick. In addition, I had the sweet potato tots with ranch dressing and washed it all down with their front porch tea. For dessert, I had the biscuit nugget which was my favorite. I enjoyed making new friends tonight and hope to see them again soon and loved my complimentary bottles of hot sauce! Thanks to the Fort Worth staff at the Biscuit Bar for hosting.
UPDATE: I really wanted this place to be great so my wife and I went again the next day since we were in the area. One of the items we received was cold - we let the server know and she pretty much scolded us saying it wasn’t possible to be received cold. We were shocked! Manager step in a few moments later and did everything he could to correct it. Very nice man; at that point we just decided to leave. The manager removed our charge; we didn’t ask for that but he was very kind and did it anyway. So sorry it didn’t work out. Great concept and environment though.———————————————————Environment was excellent. Seemed to be a very efficient ordering process. I attempted to order the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I asked if the egg could be egg whites. The manager said the are not allowed to do egg whites?????????? The employee taking my order said I should complain because it was a matter of them not wanting to do it rather than being allowed. I was disappointed because I could get the item I wanted and had to order something else that wasn’t as good as it could had been
I’ve never been here before. The restaurant seemed nice, we walk up to the register she’s blaring Cardi B and not friendly. Ordered the French toast biscuit and it was a weird consistency, it was not good and left a weird after taste. The girl said they had coke products they did not have Coca Cola. It was gross and I feel like it was way overpriced. I would not recommend and I would not ever go back. I thought it would be classier it was like a fast food place, wannabe uppity restaurant
This place is delicious!! If you like biscuits, your gonna love this place! They have the classics like sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit! Biscuits and gravy! Chicken on a Biscuit with pickles! But the fancy ones you just gotta try are the Burger on a Biscuit! ( My favorite!) Also a Monte Cristo Biscuit! The F.A.B.B. is fabulous! It's a Biscuit with fig preserves, arugula, bacon and brie!! Sooo delicious!!Lots of tater tots to choose from.Get the Taco tots or the loaded tots! They even have sweet potato tots topped with marshmallow, cinnamon, and pecans!!( The Holiday Tots!)It's a really fun place (Even has a bar!) in the middle of the Fort Worth stockyards.
The biscuits are so good! I got the biscuits and gravy the first time and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit the next. The sausage gravy is good and the homemade cheese sauce is as well! Loved the sunny side egg on the bacon biscuit too (they cook it however you want). The tot sides are unique and super good as well! I got the sweet potato tots with marshmallow and sugar on top. All four of us loved everything we got! Will be back!
Went there for breakfast this morning (5/2). The food was so salty it was inedible (I got biscuits and gravy) I ordered water and I had to ask someone where the water was and then they told me the water machine was out!!! I asked if someone could get me some from the back or the bar they told me they could only get me orange juice. All the workers were on their cell phones. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had.
The Biscuit Bar did not disappoint. The Monty Cristo was amazing and Michael was a great bartender!
Best breakfast ever!
How many ways can you make a biscuit - this is your place. If I had more time, I would venture back to the Stockyard to try more. Food was yum! Quick service and easy to get in and out. Definitely will return.
Great biscuits! We ate here 3 times during our stay in Fort Worth Stockyards. They had some staffing issues so the wait was long but no complaints about the food. My personal favorites where The Philly and The Steak & Egg. My sister couldn't get enough of the Breakfast Style tots. Definitely the a great bite to eat.
