Used to be good. Bad service will kill every business every time. You can have the best food in town, but if your service is bad people will go elsewhere - which I will do. When you place an order to go AND pay a tip you'd expect service, instead of waiting and waiting and waiting while people arrive to dine in after you and get served. Asked when is my food going to be ready and was told they are just bagging it up. A full 10 minutes later... NOTHING. Employees standing around laughing it up. Bad service will kill every business every time. That's not even the worse. After finally getting home, there's hair in the food. Say whatever you want as a response, but you have bad services and health issue going on if the food has hair in it.This is one of the worst experiences ever. Bad service will kill every business every time. Bad service will kill every business every time. Bad service will kill every business every time. Bad service will kill every business every time. Bad service will kill every business every time. But hair in the food. You've got a real liability problem.
Empty plates. Amazing shrimp pad Thai (3), Thai beef salad, and orange chicken. Super nice servers. Highly recommend!
Changing review to two stars. This has been one of our favorite local places for 10+ years. We always ask for spicy level five. Lately, the food has been getting less and less spicy. This is over multiple trips on multiple days, so it’s not a one time issue. It’s to the point where we will likely not return.Ordered tonight and asked for “at least spicy level 5…as spicy as you can make it”. The person taking the order took the order correctly, but whoever is cooking now either ignores the request or has no concept of spicy. The meals tonight were a solid 1 out of 5 on that scale. There weren’t even any jalapeños. It’s too bad this restaurant has fallen so far, because at one point it truly was a highlight of this area of Fort Worth.
One of our favorite go to spots! We love that you can choose your level of spice on every entree. Everything we've tried is good, but my favorite is the shrimp Pad Thai, and my fiancee usually gets the pineapple fried rice. Their egg rolls (the crunchy ones) are the bomb, and don't forget to get a boba drink. The service there is always so good. Nicest people ever. Highly recommend dining in vs getting it delivered because the inside is very pretty and the people are the sweetest.
The food here is amazing. We have been coming for 10 years. One thing that is a bummer is the last 2 times the portions have been significantly smaller(we get to go) butPrices are the same. I know everything is going up, but I’d rather prices go up instead of portions going down. I pay extra every time for more veggies… this time literally 2Slices of mushroom. Kind of a bummer from such a great place
Really surprised to find buffalo wings here and it was well done. Crispy yet moist inside. Pad See Eew was scrumptious. Noodles still had bite to it, with a delicate soy and fish sauce overlay. Quite satisfying. Wish the portion was larger ?
Wonderful Pho!Great Thai dishes.Engaging and knowledgeable staff made for a great late afternoon lunch. The menu has great variety without giving so many choices you go into information overload.
The food here is consistently tasty. Personal favorite is the Masuman curry with white rice, but the Thai noodles are a close second. The drinks are also delicious with a variety of boba drinks available. The takeout is prepared and just as tasty as the dine-in. The service and kind and quick and prices are more than reasonable.
Great food!!! I would recommend them to anyone! Service was good, forgot us for a bit but eventually took great care of us
Found this small unassuming strip mall restaurant when I moved here to FW in 2012. I absolutely love their chicken pad thai and potstickers and order for there at least 2 or 3 times each week. The best pad thai I have had in some 4 decades of eating that particular dish and I have been from San Diego to NYC.
