came tonight for my moms birthday, the food was excellent, friendly staff! our waitress "J" i believe her name badge said that,she was very friendly! J was on top of things and nothing was wrong with anything! we will definitely come back!
my salmon was way overcooked but that's cool because it's usually excellent. our server Zoe was really nice but it was like she was rushing us out.
My first time at TR. I got the smothered chicken, green beans and sweet potato. My friend got the cactus blossom for appetizer. All the food was good and so was my margarita!!! It was happy hour $4/ but in a $2/glass, lol!!! The wait time to be seated was about 20 minutes at 4 in afternoon. Not bad at all!!! Both wait staff (waiter and waitress who delivered food) were great.
I had a great experience dining in. The food was good. However, we had a minor issue with my daughters mini cheeseburgers. The bread was hard and overcooked. Our amazing server Chance took care of it right away. The manager came over to personally re-deliver our burgers with fresh bread. Chance, our server was so kind, friendly and attentive during our entire visit from start to finish. Overall it was a great experience minus the minor issue.
We have been to this location several times and every time the steaks are not cooked as ordered. They apparently do not know what medium rare is. The sautéed onions and mushrooms are horrid and are over cooked.
Bryan and Chandler at the bar were On Point!!! They work really well together.I happened to ask a young man near hostess station if we could sit at the bar, he said "absolutely! I'll walk you over. Want some bread?"I made a note that he was energetic and bubbly....he is a bartender and manager a "one year roadie"Ya'll stop on in ?
Amazing service from Tyteonna!!!It was packed in the restaurant with an hour wait tonight so, the waiters were rushing everywhere to keep up!!! Tyteonna was amazing at making sure we had everything we needed while running around to all the other customers!!! She’s a very hard worker, and deserves to be commended!!! Thanks so much for the friendly and fast service!!! Amazing food as well.
Texas food done to perfection! I've been to a lot of Texas Roadhouse's locations and this one provided me with the best steak yet! Customer service was not as friendly as some other locations but the food made up for it.
