? I can't believe how bad the service is! Kids running a bar wow. Denied service bc I said the bartender didn't look 21. So a different bartender served me and she said there's no manager here tonight.. then when I came she tried to pretend she was the manager. ??? Shut the place down ownership is a joke. Update: the waitress who served me and told me there was no manager on duty, then when I called told me she was the manager, 5 star reviewed the place she worked and replied to me pretending not to be the waitress who I'm complaining about . ?
We really wanted this to be our place. We have been here multiple times during the week for happy hour. The food is great. The problem is that they falsely advertise happy hour as being everyday. There are 3 signs showing happy hour everyday so I brought my parents on Saturday night. We were told that those are old signs and they don’t have happy hour. I asked to speak to a manager and there is no many on duty either. The prices should have been honored. It’s sad that they would be willing to lose a customer over quality customer service.
I was told that all of the drinks and appetizers were half price. I received my drinks at half price but not my appetizers. I left the restaurant and called back to see what was on their happy hour menu. The young lady said all drinks and appetizers. When I went back to get my refund for being overcharged the young lady said that the manager was not there and she was sorry she didn't catch the price before I paid. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back.
So not worth it. $15 burger with no sides, snow crab clusters with no meat, no wet wipes for your hands. We ordered poppers and cheese sticks and well poppers never came. Drinks weren’t refilled even after she asked if we wanted another tea. So i had to go to the bar and regill them myself. 6 guests total n there and still took over 30 min got no service.4 peop and bill was $115! Do go here
Food was delicious. Had the oysters earlier & it was perfect! Our waitress Ginouvi was very kind & recommended it for me & my husband, served with our option of wines. Will be back for our next anniversary!
Drove a hour for oysters and they was out and didn’t have crab cakes. So I ordered the lobster and rice meal and my friend ordered the catfish. Baby no, the catfish was so darn hard. Not sure if it was already fried then they dipped it back in the grease. Then they gave her ranch smh. The lobster was so shriveled up and the rice taste like it was out a box. Idk if the cook didn’t care today or what but it wasn’t all that. The bartender was really nice tho. But I won’t eat here again. I was told the people is from New Orleans but can’t be the way that food was.
Had the snow crab foil plate & it was delicious! Our waitress Ginouvi was very hard-working, taking several tables & people at the bar at one time while still showing us a good time. Will definitely be back
We TRIED to eat here last night. Our waiter brought a water instead of spike and forgot our 2 beers. Finally got our beers after reminding him and never saw him again. If you go to this place sit at the bar.
Just walked out. Waiter was high as hell- couldn't remember anything. Then disappeared in the kitchen and didn't come back.
All the drinks were nasty, watered down & full price. Food was over cooked. The beer was warm!? I only saw kids working. Happy hour is advertised on multiple signs on the building but will tell you they don’t do happy hour due to a band starting later in evening. The worker acted like she didn’t see the big yellow sign and said oh that’s from the old bar. Well you should take it down….. they offered no service recovery & just shrugged their shoulders.
