My family has visited this location on Bridge twice within 2 weeks. The dining room was clean and the workers are very friendly. The night manager Mr. Tamiaus went out of his way to check on us and made our experience even better. Keep up the good work.
Just had one of my worst drive-thru experiences in a long time! I understand the staffing shortages and have lowered my expectations from any of the service oriented businesses. The lights were one indicating both drive-thru lanes to be open. I pulled into the right lane, where no cars were at. I waited at the speaker for 8 minutes and watched 3 cars in the left lane get service. I pulled out and was going to go inside but could see long lines inside as it was the peak of lunch hour. I then tried to call the store to have them correct the problem but was sent to voicemail. This store has lost a customer.If they were short staffed and couldn’t handle both lane then the light shouldn’t have been on or they should have coned off the lane to keep people from going in there.
I can't stress enough how pleasantly surprised I was with the exceptional service I received here. I ate there around 4 I believe, and the young man managing the store was super polite and helpful. The young girl who took my order was very professional and polite as well. They made my food quickly and it tasted amazing. The store was clean and everyone had a great image. I had a challenging day and was stressing about work and It made my day how friendly everyone was. Thanks! Y'all are awesome!
I tell you what I'm trying to be patient and understanding about the worker shortage all over this world but today's wait inthe drive thru line was just ridiculous. I cant hide my frustration. I was late back to work after having to wait in line for my lunch. There was no way for me to back out. I was forced to sit there. Also the meat tasted funny today. I don't know if they season their meat in house but I am not a fan of celery seed so i can typically pick it out in foods and it just seemed like the meat had a strong celery seed flavor today. Also see the attached picture ...i feel like my frijoles had an egregious amount of sauce in it. I've never seen that much sauce. I threw them out.
I went on the drive thru and the speaker sounded horrible and the drive thru cashier witch was a black male asked me In a rude tone "thats it that's it" wouldn't even let me finish my order it really agrovated me and will not be coming back to this location. So unprofessional he even disrespected the costumers that were in front of us. He was being aggressive towards his costumers.I love taco casa but not this one I hope he gets terminated.
This Taco Casa is always on point with everything! Food was good, customer service was awesome, and I’ve never had any issues with any order! This is my favorite location and I don’t even live close by
It’s 9:25pm and taco casa is closed but on the website it says they close at 10.. make it make sense.. this is exactly why I want to move away from this area.But since they are closed so early guess where I’m going . The New Mexican restaurant across the street called Los Aibertos! Their food is bomb af! And they don’t close until 12am
After waiting in line at the drive thru for 10-15 mins (about 7 cars in front of me) I finally reach the intercom just for the employee to tell me that they are closed. The time is now 9:54!!!! Smh
I've never had a problem with until today the girl that was on drive thru didn't get my order right after my wife repeated herself multiple times the girl still didn't get it right she heard what she wanted to hear and before my wife could tell her what else we wanted to order the girl kept saying is that it after every item
For past week I been coming during the day and the customer service is horrible my order had to be made twice and was still wrong and today went inside and waited for my order to be taken and the manager totally ignored me and when one of the other employees told her I was waiting she put her head up as if I didn’t matter and said someone need to be in the front but I have worked in fast food and i felt she could’ve handled that better they want never get my services again
