Friendly staff! Good food!
The individual working the drive through window today at 6pm got my order completely wrong. Every time I come she messes up my order this occurs all the time. Hopefully she can receive more training on getting the orders correct. This Taco Cabana used to have the best food and had the orders correct. Please get her trained or move her to another area.
Came home and this is my quesadilla I ordered. Terrible service to the girl that took my order didn’t have no good customer service. Went through the drive through .
Used to love this place for food and service. The high prices on some item is tge reason for the 3 stars. $4 for a steak fajita taco is to much.
It went well I was surprised that staff were really professional, I chicken quesadilla they were very delicious, pricing a little pricey but overall I would go again
I love this place and the employees are awesome. I have been using their pick up service and the food is always ready on time and fresh!
I order for delivery and every time I get my order something is missing or they sent something in the place of what I ordered. Call store to refund and they say they can't because it was a delivery order. I have ordered several times and NOT ONE TIME has my order been correct. I love the food, but geez people read the order and get it correct because it is correct on the receipt you send back but that's not what is in the bag. Frustrating
The casher was nice and friendly had my order ready once i arrived.
This morning I went through the drive-thru to order breakfast. When I arrived the menu was very blurry due to the condensation from the foggy weather. I brought it to the attention of the person taking my order & requested she give me a minute so I can look up the menu items I typically order via the Doordash app on my phone. Instead of giving me the time she started giving me menu options & was a little pushy about it. This has happened multiple times in the past at this location with this same employee. She tends to rush me to state my order & doesn't allow me the time to request additional food or drink items before she interrupts to wrap up the ordering process. I'm only writing this more so for training purposes because at the window she is very nice & very thorough with everything. When I go in the evening time however , I never feel rushed to state my order like I do in the mornings. The food is typically always good which is why I continue to go there. Hopefully my comments will be more of a training tool vs seeing it as a complaint.Side Note: I have a corporate background in auditing & training in the customer service field. I prefer to provide feedback that helps employees to grow in their position vs trying to get them in trouble with their employer.
CREEPY!!!!!! I’m sitting in the parking lot of a shopping center on a phone call (because you can’t drive and talk on the phone) this taco cabana is right next to the parking lot (this is not their property) and there was a Caucasian male (20ish maybe) who proceeds to hang out of the drive through window and take a picture of me. Then him and his coworkers were all looking out the window at me and he left and came back and took another picture! That’s weird! Especially when I’m minding my own business. Will be calling corporate!
