It’s nice for them to let them homeless in and out of the 100 degree heat but when them homeless start taking the cups out of the trash can and going straight to the soda machine that becomes a problem it’s nasty

I went here around 6:30pm, There was NO ONE in lane which should have been a red flag but I still ordered anyways, they charged me extra for every little thing and I asked for sour cream (which I've had before with no charge) the manager said I will have to charge you! I literally live 6min away and when I got home the food was extremely cold (no way in 6min will the food be that cold if it was freshly made or hot to begin with)! First Bite I found a HAIR! In my nachos!!! It looked brunette or blonde! I have black hair and never opened the kickin' nachos box until I arrived home! I was extremely disgusted but I didn't feel like driving back so I threw the order away. Will not be going back! Also the customer service was horrible for no one being in line! Just no! $16 dollars thrown in the trash because of poor hygiene!!!!!

Food was great. They shorted me one breakfast taco or it would be 5 stars.

Taco Cabana is a nice place to grab a quick meal. We got a Chicken Fajita Quesadilla (Large) that looked like a pizza ? and came in a nice box (the size of a personal pan pizza). Easy grab-n-go via the drive-thro. Not crowded.

I was very upset about my experience at this place last night. 8:40pmI ordered through the drive thru(Which took about ten minutes to go on when no cars were in the drive thruAnd rarely any people in the store.I ordered my usual beyond nachos.And water no ice.When I got to the window to pay.She hands me ice water. And looks at someone and chuckles. (You put ice in it) "chuckle"When I pull around to check my food.My order was missing guacamole and no utensils were in bag.So I had to go back through drive thru and let her know I had no guac.She asks me to go inside.I tell her I can't Because my kids are in car.So I had to wait behind 4 cars at this time.I have worked in this industry. And I work hard.They really need better workers here.

Just being honest I was not very happy with my meal I received the correct meal but it was burnt the flavor The taste the texture just wasn't it that day

Disappointed going to the restaurant, the workers are very rude. I went to drive-thru, waiting in the front parking lot for over 35 mins just to receive my food. (Mind you that it was NOT a BIG order).The restaurant was NOT busy.... only 3 guests in the lobby itself.When I checked my order, they were missing "2" of my plates.I was NOT going to drive 20 mins again, called the store more then 10 times and NO ONE ANSWERS. I will not be going to this restaurant in the further. It's so sad how they conduct business, if you have employees that does not want to work, then please re-hire someone that will take the job as a gift and will appreciate it. Negative one star if I could. -1.

I just knew since they had me pull around and wait that the food would be piping hot but no the food was cold for the most part as if it had been sitting.

The heavy set black guy that works nights is an awesome guy. He speaks with great hospitality no matter how busy they get. We need more people like him in the customer service business.

First I had to wait 10 minutes for my order, an enchilada plate, a taco, cheese quesodilla..Then all we got was cold quesodilla, no taco, cold enchilada plate.
