This is the best Taco Cabana in Arlington. The staff is friendly. The food is always hot and delicious. And they are on top of their drive thru. Every other Taco Cabana leaves you sitting for a good half hour with very few cars in line. I'm so thankful to have this one close by! Don't forget to do the survey at the bottom of your receipt so you can save $1 on your next visit!
I’m just going to get right to the point I ordered 6 pk flautas with queso and sour cream, chicken fajita taco, and chips and queso. I took a bite of my flauta and it was nasty ? it was stale and hard to chew. Flautas were not fresh, they’ve been just sitting in the warmer probably for a couple hours after they’ve been cooked. Everything else was good. Never ordering flautas again!
Honestly, I've never eaten here. I would have, but they closed the 'dining' area at 8:30pm, for whatever reason, and I'm tired of 'dining' in my car, so I just left.I've eaten away Taco Cabana many times at other locations, though, and I can tell you, it's just OK, nothing great. Kind of bland. They saved me some money. Thanks.
They need to listen better or get a better mic system. They are first over charged me. But then the manager made it right by refunding me. Their food menu says a 3 taquito plate but yet they said they only sell 2 taquito plates. That's false advertising on their menu. They need to let the customers know with a sign. Get it together taco cabana. Y'all have the best Mexican food around!
This store GETS NOTHING RIGHT !!The employees don't listen; Your order has to be placed 3 or 4 times for the staff to "get it" and they will talk over You and Yell at You through the drive thru !! Try and clarify in person; no dice, even more rude once I drove up to the window to try and salvage my order.I know help is hard to find today, but this store DEFINES BAD SERVICE, and ONLY HIRES FOLKS INCAPABLE OF LISTENING !!Sad SAD times when fast food has become THIS.. Just throw Your $$$ out Your window would be more cost effective as well.I just refused to pay 9.86 for such horrid service and left without any food after a short "talk" with the "shift manager".I can also go to a REAL MEXICAN RESTAURANT AT THAT PRICE POINT !!!This store should be closed ASAP
Longest hair I’ve seen in food. Nice volume… it was almost on top. I can’t see how this wasn’t noticed…. Right in the garbage along with my money…
New cooks need a little bit more experience especially on the temperature on the degrees of the food not to overcook and you all know when something is burnt cuz you can smell it and taste it as well
It gets 4 stars because of the service. They were very good. You need to give the lady in the back a raise. She went beyond what was necessary
Always great. The best flour tortillas around, the best beef, chicken, you name it. Everyone is always so nice and polite, both dine-in and drive-thru. They're so quick, as well. I would send anybody there who wanted some good and fast Tex-Mex.
Love this location. People are friendly and accurate on every order I've had. I would go weekly if the location was closer to where I live. So sad that they close the North Richland Hills location. It was my favorite weekly go to.
