We went to FW location that had since closed and proceeded to the connair Dr location 15 min away to locked doors with a cardboard sign saying sorry closed....please update your website so you don't waste other people's time and gas.
Haven't had them since 2018 when I lived in Kentucky. They were out of several flavors. The pops seemed smaller and were a bit overpriced. $6.75 for a popsicle? Eek. Not how I remembered... I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
Good pops but no water or drinks
Visit this place at 1pm…. They opened at 12pm. They barely had any flavors available and they don’t have to-go bag for the ice cream.
THIS PLACE LOVES THE MILITARY - Please Visit! I came here today to find that Steel City Pops gives Military Free Pops. I love this... but I still paid for mine because I don't want to take advantage of this incredible gift to our troops. If you support our Troops please visit this location and thank them for supporting our military. It says a lot about a company willing to go the extra mile to thank us Vets! The owner should be proud! Thank-You Steel City!
Expensive. They ran out of holiday special pop during the holidays. The worker did not wear a mask during omincord outbreak in Texas.
I have been enjoying these since they first opened I Birmingham. My favorite is Buttermilk. It tastes like cheesecake.
Devon was awesome. The customers in front of us were rude and incredibly difficult and Devon handled them with such grace and professionalism. My husband and I always have a wonderful experience here and tonight especially I had to brag on the employees.
Credit card reader was down, and they were only accepting cash. I would have liked to see a sign on the door to indicate this before I went in!Also, it was my first time in the store, and I wasn't sure how it all worked, and it wasn't explained to me, until the 2nd employee came to help me. It would be great if there was a board on the wall that shows the flavors and topping options and such.So there was a lot of confusion and commotion where I felt there didn't need to be any.
I have been coming to this Steel City Pops for the last couple years, quite frequently.The last several months it had been disappointing. There are never any dips available, or maybe only 1.Today was review worthy, we went it after lunch. There was only 1 dip, just put on.Seemed dirty inside.I went to use the bathroom, can I just say NASTY! Trash can overflowing, toilet seat up and had not clearly been cleaned in a while, AND several dead bugs including a roach on the floor.I probably won't go back.
