Best Starbucks staff ever. Love coming here everyday for my coffee.
Just thought it was rude that I had to wait in line for 30 minutes when there was barely any cars there and all the cars in front of me got the free little four or five dollar gift card but for some reason I didn’t get one. The girl who gave me my drink gave me a dirty look just because I smiled at her not sure what I did wrong but definitely won’t be returning with rude employees like her around
This seriously just made my day! They are always so friendly and upbeat! By far the best Starbucks around!
The staff here is so friendly and they always get my dairy free order correct.
The man with the glasses is very funny and kind. Nice change from just a transaction experience that I usually get from this store. I dont know hos name but his glasses were black and turned into sunglasses in the sunlight. Hope management recognizes him.
The worst Starbucks ever. Friendliness wise is very bad. service wise us even worse.We have been to countless Starbucks locations all over the country, however, this one made us go ahead and write this review after 5 consecutive visits and every time we say maybe next time will be better.Manager should be notified about this. Starbucks, Don’t lose your reputation for this location.
These workers are some of the happiest I've ever seen. My first time at this location and they treated everyone like family. Seemed to be having a good time with each other as well, even though they were busy. They made it seem like an easy job anyone can do, even though I know it's not.
I called to ask what time they close. They told me 9. It is 6:15, and there is a sign that says they're having a product shortage and the store is temporarily closed. This store is inconsistent and closed they want to be. If I would've know they were closed, I wouldn't have left the house. DUH. THAT'S WHY I CALLED FIRST.
Your employee Olive tried to hit my car with a sign because I had been waiting in line over 15 minutes to order in the drive thru and she came out and blocked me and the 3 vehicles behind me from entering the line. She said nothing just blocked my car from moving any further and walked away so i proceeded in the line as I had been waiting over 15 minutes and so had the other 3 vehicles behind me. They followed as well into the continued line. She obviously saw us from inside still in the line and came out and ran in front of my car and swung a large metal sign that almost hit the front of my car. I rolled my window down and asked her what her problem was and she said her and the other baristas would like to close early so they aren’t taking any orders past 5. It was before 5 and i let her know that and that myself plus the other vehicles behind me had been waiting 15 minutes at least in this line. She said because i was not fully in the curb yet that my order wouldn’t be taken. I asked her why not considering it’s not even 5 yet and she is letting the other cars order just not us 4? and she could’ve stopped the line after the people that had been waiting for 15 minutes already. I asked her for a manager to come out since she locked the doors and she laughed and said that’s why i’m still waiting in line and my order won’t be taken. most unprofessional encounter i have ever experienced.
This location staff didn't have or showed me the 5- star winning professional courteous smiling face Starbucks is know for or what you would expect.
