My coffee had a fly in it. I almost eat it so you can't say it happened after they gave it to me. As soon as it was handed to me in the drive thru I took a sip I felt something weird. Took another sip and there it was put it down for the picture and as soon as I got to work put it in the trash. The whole coffee. I know mistakes happen but months ago I ordered egg bites, I took the first bite and it was still frozen in the middle. So this is twice this location has failed me. :-(
They need to work in a better system to get drinks out. To many drinks waiting to be pick up and the customer ordering inside where just left in right field
The drink was absolutely delicious for my first time trying it! But one problem is that the table was kind of messy, I have to swipe the crumbs off the table, then again good music taste and great service
They are always out of ingredients to make their drinks. And lately whenever I get a drink that has espresso it tastes old or sometimes like chemicals/soapy. It definitely was better a year ago.
Pretty good for being in a hurry, thirsty, hungry and running late...gotta say, it's way better than any other "fast" choices around there!
Very friendly service and we're super fast. Ordered online and food and coffee was hot and fresh when I arrived. It was a seamless experience and would highly recommend this location.

My drink was sooo poorly made. I drove 15 min, waited in line, paid $9 bucks just for my drink to be half empty. I will be going tomorrow to get a refund. I’m so incredibly disappointed.
