This store is usually does a great job. However, a little quality control may be needed. Today, my Gouda bacon sandwich had NO bacon. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the sandwich until I was at my destination 30 minutes later. ☹️ Last week my cold brew was about 70% cream and 30% brew. While I usually chop these up as a simple mistakes, a little attention to detail is necessary. I love that the store is fast, but it’s more important to be correct.
Awful coffee. Strong enough to stand on. Complained and they walked off. Horrible service. Horrible coffee.
The folks are friendly.. but if you order anything coffee related.. it's all so weak. Any coffee that isn't black, tastes like milk with a dash of coffee. If you ask for an extra shot of espresso, you pay for it but they definitely don't add it in. I got to fed up at one point that I contacted Starbucks customer service. Told them that in the past year or so I go to this location at least once a week, 4times a month, pay for extra espresso and might get it on the 10th try. They gave me a gift card but I guess they didn't tell the store to make their drinks probably because I have officially stopped paying for extra anything due to the fact that I don't get it. If you do end up going to this location, the trick is to really exaggerate how strong you want your coffee to be. Then you'll get something that actually resembles coffee.
First of all their drive through screen is broken, you can’t tell if you’re supposed to order at the window or the screen. The attendant at the window was absolutely RUDE!!!! She was the one working on drive through orders. When I pulled up to the window she told me she wouldn’t take my order that I had to pull back around. Absolutely ridiculous! Rude service the whole time! Go to target these people never get it right
No complaints. Pretty chill and consistent shop. Speedy, yet relaxed. I’ve enjoyed many good drinks here.
I like any drinks and sandwiches ? or sweets here, snacks time or perfect for hangouts and chill and drinks hot or cold coffee tea ? I had hot caramel macchiato tonight on the way to church service ??
Any Starbucks can serve coffee... Almost every Starbucks has friendly baristas (including this one!)... But cup decorations?!? FANTASTIC extra personal touch ? thank you for the big and little things you do to make mornings more doable.
They made my pink drink so bitter I couldn’t even drink it! And my husbands iced caramel macchiato tasted like watered down milk and coffee, and no caramel! I didn’t receive any help when I asked for them to remake it! Not worth the money at all!
Disappointed thought it would be a better experience. No decaf...no peppermint anything...no snowman cookies and the drink I got lid was not on all the way and so it spilt on my hand and scalded me..and my leg...so not impressed
I embarrassed myself and they made me feel so comfortable afterwards. Best service. ?
