Great service and will comeback
I placed a uber eats order. It's was a late order so they were out of things which was completely understandable. The driver contacted me and told me what they were out of. I was okay with it since I knew that I ordered very late in the day. Not only did they offer substitutes, they gave me a extra drink and 2 gift cards! They went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks so much awesome service!!!!
Terrible service, snarky attitude from the barista. The gift card wasn’t running on the card reader and I mentioned that the screen said loading and she told me to rescan the card 3 times, instead of just taking the card to run on her side which ended up working. Ordered one drink and it took 15 minutes with no chairs or tables to sit at while your waiting. Will not be coming back to this location.
So they had no ice which was fine but then they handed me this? Which looks like someone already took a bunch of drinks but their excuse was there's no ice and then left me with an almost half full drink. I'm no business expert but this isn't good practices. For one my drink was the same price for a "venti" and I still didn't get a full drink. I will no longer be going to this Starbucks for sure if any at all. If this is normal operation then you need a change because until it does I will be suggesting to everyone to go to any other drink stop because this is not first class service and I left extremely dissatisfied. Again if this was the case I should've paid less for my drink as I got less drink.
Sometimes they are opened sometimes not. I get hours changing but then still not opened with new hours. Inconsistent and when your going out of your way somewhere you want to know it’s opened. And yes I’ve tried calling before and that’s inconsistent as well. Now the staff is very nice.
This location was recently (Feb'2022) reconfigured/remodeled. They have removed all indoor and outdoor seating and public restroom. What once was regularly filled with locals relaxing and catching up is now a sterile to-go-only box. The food and drink are the same as any other location. Seems a strange decision.
The drink was delicious and up to regular Starbucks standards. The inside of the cafe was completely empty with not a single place to sit down while you wait for your order. No display case of the bakery items either.
This Starbucks is consistently terrible. Incredibly slow & always gets the drinks slightly wrong. Given them multiple chances and always leave disappointed.
Starbucks in a whole is USUALLY a pretty solid choice and the drinks taste good. This one is a hit or miss for me now. Ever since they switched their hours around (maybe new staffing) the coffee sometimes taste burnt or other coffees that I’ve had numerous times taste extremely bitter. Their location is horrid though. Really hard to get in and out of when they’re busy. If they have a line don’t think about parking lol. All in all, the place is solid. Has a very nice staff when you’re inside. Only reason I gave it a 3* is because of hassle of getting in/out AND the hit/miss on drinks now.
Manager was very friendly to me service was prompt. My only issue is that when I went go dine outside there was this elderly man that stared at my back while i ate and then later tried to start a conversation with me. I was uncomfortable but maybe thats cause I'm shy.
