Starbucks is really going downhill. Whatever drink I get it's never a full drink so why am I paying full price for an already over priced coffee just to have it look like someones been sipping on it. I'm just going to invest in a machine because at the end of the day what I've been paying for my 10 coffees a week (I know ?) I will definitely be saving after maybe a months worth of use of an expensive but worthy machine. I'm over it. Everything has gone up AND they trying to short you. No. I won't be part of the problem and let people do me wrong.Second. Zero sense of urgency.Third. The girl had mocos running down her nose and definitely looked sick.

I Don't like the fact that they let you Order your Drinks and then tell you oh well we're OUT of an ingredient that's suppose to be in it, That's VERY FRUSTRATING ??‍♀️??‍♀️.. Especially when you're RUSHING and have to be at the Train Station in 15 minutes(yall open at 5AM) And y'all moving SLOWER THEN MOLASSES¡¡! I LOVE the Crunch in the Carmel Ribbon Crunch, but they was OUT!! And when I ask for EXTRA, EXTRA. EXTRA CARMEL AND CRUNCH (that I PAID EXTRA FOR) I NEVER GET IT! I can't sit there and WAIT Again for them to REMAKE IT Because they MOVE WAY to SLOW!! Ok Look at Pictures NO EXTRA. EXTRA CARMEL AND NO CRUNCH!!! No CARMEL DRIZZLE on TOP??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

I was really looking forward to my hot chai latte before work this morning and you guys made it with espresso. Kinda ruined the start to my day for sure! How do you make a TEA with espresso?! Not only that, but when I brought it back for you guys to remake it but iced, you made it wrong again right in front of me and used regular milk instead of soy. You guys take forever in the morning even when you aren't short staffed and don't seem to have good communication between each other. So you lost a regular today because I rather go out of my way to another Starbucks then keep laying 6+ dollars for something I can't even consume!!

Holly is a great person to deal with! Helpful, kind and quick!! Drinks always made well and enjoyable. Have been doing a great job dealing with harsh customers during covid. I'm happy every time I walk in

Perplexing drive thru design at this location that will have you waiting on the street. It’s always busy, but the staff is pretty good!

Man, i love Starbies and specifically this location because they have amazing customer service but they didn't want to let me use my personal cup after i got a notification that they were allowing them again!

This Starbucks does a “magnificent” job serving their customers. Reginald is the manager and he and his team work very hard to get their customers through the drive thru. If the line is to long drive in an order inside. I know people say Starbucks is to expensive however we need to get back and stimulate the economy and get people working back again. Great Job! To him and all of his team willing to work.

Rude staff. Walked in, not greeted. Waited 5-7 minutes at register before someone came over to take order. Son had a Dr appointment but figured 30 mins was enough. I was wrong, and got an attitude from the barista when I asked about our drinks’ order in the queue. Will not come back here.

Extremely slow drive-thru. I thought it might just be staffing issues, but after watching them from my car at the window for a few minutes, I realized they’re all just extremely slow at this location. Won’t be back.

Walked in to pick up an order and was ignored by the 6 people behind the counter. The person who came in behind me was greeted by all of them when she walked in and they went to the counter to help her. So...what did I do to deserve being ignored?
