I go to this Starbucks almost every single day. And every single day the baristas make me feel special. They always smile and greet me with my name. They have awesome energy and I truly enjoy my time that I spend here. They go above and beyond for their customers. FTW arts show was this weekend, they were exhausted you could tell, but here I come in not my usual hour, and again, exhausted, tired, recreating drink after drink for hours because of the immense traffic of people downtown.....here they are greeting me with a smile, asking me how my day was knowing how tired they themselves were. Appreciate you all so very much!!! Thanks for being amazing!-Nefertiti
The service was very slow. I went with 2 friends and they got their drinks very quickly while I sat and waited for mine. Several people came in after us and they were served before me.
Good Starbucks location with friendly staff. Lots of people sit around and take up all the tables.
Great staff. Drinks as good as any other Starbucks location. Just posting this letting folks know they were closed Saturday 01/22/22 at 9am. Tried popping in for a coffee with my family and the door was locked. Really strange. Might want to call ahead these days as even their app said the location was open.
The coffee was great and the staff were friendly. It was nice to grab a cup of coffee and walk around the square.
This is such a fun location, right in the middle of downtown Fort Worth! They are often very busy, but are well staffed with amazing baristas so the wait isn't bad. There is great outdoor seating on Sundance Square, with a dancing waterfall that kids love to play in and there is often live music and fun events! After your coffee I suggest checking out Earthbound trading company, they have the most unique items from all over the world!
It was good but I feel like most Starbucks are better. I think they are doing well because of the location. They also were out of almost all baked goods. They had bathrooms.
As goes Starbucks, so goes the Republic. Just as the military has been used to effect social domestic change, Starbucks has become the closest thing we have now to a universal institution. Once a beacon of all that the nation's promise, the slip is showing and it's not a pretty sight. Stores are woefully understaffed. Harried barristas toil away at a moderate, unhurried pace oblivious to the Uncivil and the Restless. Substitute US Postal uniforms for the Starbucks tees and th
Judith had terrible customer service, she was rude not only to me but other customers she had an attitude when taking orders. I asked for a certain cake pop she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up and said they don’t have it. Judith humble yourself, you look like you’re in your 40s working at Starbucks as a cashier.
Location is spectacular for those of us who work in downtown and even when you just want to wander around Sundance square with friends in the evening this is a great place to stop by and get some caffeine and snacks.
