This wasn't my first visit, so I'm shocked at the service. It took time for us to be noticed. I can't even explain that because we stood at the counter for minutes. Then once we did get someone's attention the guy asked if we had been helped. Really?Getting the order was quick and painless. That's a plus. I couldn't help but notice the shop needed a little upkeep. One customer had to ask them for sugar because none was available on the customer side. The hubs and I decided to sit outside and it was an odd setup. It doesn't appear to be created to actually sit outside and enjoy the area. We couldn't even find a trashcan for the patio area.Hey, it's Starbucks. The drive-thru moves fast (that I noticed). Other than that it's not where I'm staying long.
THANK YOU TO THE LADY NAMED BEAR! Lady with short dark hair. Today I went into this Starbucks and had a large mobile order for my coworkers. 5 Carmel Machiatos Tall. Bear was so helpful. We packed the drinks in a special way so they wouldn't spill or fall over. Thanks again!
I am not a fan of this location anymore. The new staff here is unfriendly and in attentive. It was not a welcoming atmosphere. They didn't even bother to tell me that my sandwich was unavailable when I picked up my mobile order. Also, my friend, my dog and I sat outside to enjoy the weather. We had been sitting outside for almost 3 hours. My dog barked once when he saw the delivery guys. After that time, he was quiet. I even had a customer compliment how sweet and good he was. When I went to get my mobile order, I was told I would have to leave if my dog barked again. I'm not sure what they expect from a dog. If you are thinking about coming here, don't.
Staff is rude here on a pretty consistent basis — at least on the drive thru side. Went this morning and the duo working the window (guy on mic/girl at the window) are the perfect pair to make you feel like you’re being bullied in high school again. Today was enough to make me decide I will not being coming back to this location. Snarky remarks and laughing at me when I asked if I could add a drink to my order — prefacing it was no big deal if I couldn’t. Staff needs a lesson on customer service, professionalism, and plain human kindness. I’ll take my $20 order else where next time!!!! Side note: aside from rude staff the wait lines are insane and only worth waiting in if you have 15/20 min to burn. Dueces Starbucks Trinity — lost a customer here.
Just drove through drive through and the lady in the speaker as well as the guy at the window were both very pleasant to talk to which seems extremely rare nowadays. Wish more people gave great service like this
they never have anything in stock and the order ahead is almost always not available so you’re forced to sit in the line that always take forever. idk if it’s a management issue here or what but it sucks having this be the closest Starbucks to me and still making it a point to go to others.
I really like this particular starbucks. It's in a good location plus easy access to other stores and hotels. Workers are always pleasant. Most times im just going for the coffee
Normally a nice quick visit. This time I placed a mobile order, got there and no one was in-store. Waited outside for 10 min to see if I saw anyone walking in the store or show up to work and I didn't. So ended up paying for a mobile order I didn't receive. I did reach out to customer service though.
Minus:Most of the time they are closed for dine in or in person take out. Nearby residents will walk and try to enter in for a coffee. But 80 percentage of the time, they will allow only Drive through. They dont care about Walkin customers. Correct me if i am wrong. 3 out of 5 times, my door was closed.Plus:Apart from the above minus, luckily if i am able to get in, amazing coffee.. Nice Ambience.. Friendly welcome. Will give 5 plus ratings, if they dont close the door frequently. I cant stand in drive through without cars. Please understand.
Fast and friendly, don’t know why but this store is never eligible for mobile ordering but otherwise it’s fantastic.
