One time during the winter, I went to get some hot chocolate from Starbucks, and I noticed something fishy was going on with the hot chocolate, first when I drank it, it tasted so weird and when I tasted it again something with the flavor was messed up, so I think it might have been a mistake which is alright because everyone makes mistakes so I hope the get it right the next time I come.
Today for the third time in two weeks was declined a venti iced water cup - my normal order is a iced coffee in a venti iced cup customized & a venti ice water - I offered to pay for it today and was told theres a shortage again. I’ve been ordering from Starbucks for years & this is the first time I’ve ever had a rude interaction! (Instead of ordering at the speaker, I ordered directly at the drive thru window! I was handed my VENTI iced coffee and then I asked may I have a venti iced water I’ll pay and she said we have a shortage so it’s a grande cup. I simply declined and drove off and called the MOD and advised I’d never ?? come back because there’s always shortage! They’re normally so courteous and nice at most Starbucks I’ve gone too, but I believe management here needs to be looked at!

I ordered online 3 coffees 2 which were half way filled. Been trying to call and it's busy.... frustrated paid full price for half my order....
Even though the place was full the baristas worked as efficiently as they could to get everybody's orders out. My addiction to the caramel ribbon crunch frappucino was satisfied ?
The woman working there gave me a recommendation to try that blew my head off. Great coffee as always. Starbucks forever!
Thanksgiving Day ordered was sent to closed location. But drove to this location and assisted by Manager Noah to resolve issue. Order completed and success for my staff.Noah makes the holidays and Starbucks much better. Awesome customer service!Thank you Noah and Starbucks.
