Today was my first day that I can honestly say I got great customer service from this one person named Victoria, she has black and red hair. Every nice young lady. What I like about ,what she did today was that she went into details on orders "do you want this hot ?" " Do you want it toasted?" " We put 7pump do you extra sugar?' it's the little details that count when it comes to customer service.. i got two drinks, two bagels, and two muffins. She made sure my drinks were prepared the way I want them, she also ask if I wanted to toast the bagel and she asked if I wanted my muffins warmed up . thought this was the best drive-thru experience I've had so far at this location. when I started coming here no one offered to toast anything to be honest I didn't even know that they were able to toast anything or warm up things for customer they wouldn't tell me they'll just give it to me cold. So I really like and appreciate Victoria she is amazing at her job, and giving outstanding customer service.

Every Sunday They never can seem to open on time just this location... I have been coming here for 5 years getting the exact same thing... I dont expect you to memorize my order but I do expect you to get it right...

I was glad to see this location open better hours again. My drink was okay. Egg bites were good. It was quick. I am hoping things are only going to get better.

I stop here for other people...the outside was busy but inside line moved quickly

Went this morning for my wife, it's been a while since we went to Starbucks so she was craving one. I waited for 10-15 mins in the line, ordered a grande Chestnut Praline creme but when I got home noticed it was someone else's order so I went back. When I went back, the response is was "that's where it went" so they decided to make me another one. I stated again it was a Chestnut Praline Creme grande, she repeated the order and got me a new drink. When I got home to give it to my wife, she told me it was a latte not a creme....

I bought 3 coffees that taste like water, no sugar whatsoever. It was bitter and the it had no color, white as milk. Terrible, what a waste of money

They were out of the sugar free cinnamon dulchi only had vanilla sugar free also out of lemon loaf. And my latte was not drink able as coffee tasted burnt. Spent almost 11 dollars and only able to consume egg bites. By the way they are good but very over priced.

If I could give a 0 I would. This Starbucks is always having some type of issue. Customer service has went down hill. The ladies have an attitude most of the time. On top of that this location is never open with the times that they’re supposed to open how is it your sign says open at 6 and here it is 10 till 7am and no one is there to open up. Please hire new staffing because majority who you have is terrible. If I don’t work near by I would go to a different location!

At this point I should just know better than to come here.This location has been slow for a long time, but recently it’s gotten worse. Today I bit the bullet and tried here again because we were grabbing breakfast at Rosa’s next door. I thought surely if I ordered the drink before leaving my house, going through the drive thru at Rosa’s, and waiting for the food Starbucks would surely have had the drink done by then. I was wrong.The drive thru was super busy, so I thought I’d go to the order window. There were 5+ people waiting at the standing window, one of whom had an active Uber waiting for her to get her drink; she had been there over 30 minutes.They were clearly understaffed, but they didn’t seem to even want to pay attention to the people at their ordering window, only focusing on drive thru. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes past the time I was told to expect my order on the mobile ordering app, and when I finally got it it was a completely different drink. When I walked back to tell them, I got a blinking stare back at me and no apology. I recommend going elsewhere if you don’t want to wait half an hour for the wrong thing.
