Came in today and ordered a pound of itialian bean ground and a latte. Coffee ground no problem, didn't get a word my latte was ready.Barristas chackeling and singing, laughing and calling for "Jim" several times nothing for me. Web accounts stacking up and these customers coming and picking up their orders and leaving with their beverages, I'm still waiting. More singing and laughter comradertery and web customers walking in picking their ordered beverage, I could just pick any of these stacked up like a cord of wood and walk out, there is no accountability in this web order here.I WALKED IN ORDERED 19 PLUS DOLLARS OF PRODUCT AND MY BEVERAGE IS COOLING BECAUSE OF THE INABILITY OF STAFF COMMUNICATE TO A PHYSICALLY PRESENT CUSTOMER. Hey let's all laugh and sing, I am, not!!!

I have been here before and usually understand there will be a wait but this morning was very disappointing. After waiting and seeing other people who ordered the drinks after get theirs before me I asked about my drink order and they had no idea what my order was then they figured it out they told me it had been ready just sitting there name not called…my drink was all foam and no coffee after mentioning it a girl offered to remake the drink and I said sure thanks then some other woman approached and though she was very cheery she was very rude and obnoxious and loud..she said “oh what’s the issue? She doesn’t like cold foam ok just remove the cold foam” I replied and said “No, that’s not what I’m saying I just don’t want that much…” I then showed another employee a picture of what I ordered and also that way they could get it right the second time around..I didn’t order anything complicated..the woman then interrupts and says “ma’am it’s being taken care of” I immediately said “I’m not talking to you”…she was very rude and unprofessional. After waiting patiently and even tipping them it was uncalled for..I know when someone disguises themselves as a nice person but they are not. Instead of apologizing for the delay not calling my name and getting my order wrong they huddled up and started whispering then I heard the woman say “I don’t care” like are we in middle school lol As I waited she then tried to make small talk with me asking me how my day was and what a good Monday and how be happy to be alive and wake up like leave me alone I just want my coffee..very annoying.

I love coming to this Starbucks. Destiny is amazing. She knows me and she knows my order. Love love love this place!

Nice atmosphere here, they have forgotten my simple plain coffee a few times. The restrooms there are always a mess. The workers are very kind.

Not the greatest experience at this Starbucks. Went there and order a mocha and waited, all 5 people behind me got there drinks and left and I am still waiting. Went to ask the barista about me order, instead of making my drink and apology she proceeded to tell me I should have asked for my order earlier instead of just standing there. Isn't it is their responsibility to to make sure that all customers are taken care off; and if someone is still there while all the tickets are done ask the customer if thay need anything or what there are waiting for. The customer service is not getting better at this location. It is sad

Great experience. I visited with my fiancee Jan 1st and Jan 2nd and both days we got an excellent welcome of their friendly staff. We ordered expresso americanos, moka coffees and grilled cheese sandwiches and got some merch items. This convenient located near / few miles of Fossil Creek hotels area and always fresh and delicious coffee blends of our fav expresso americanos. Despite chilly/seasonal days the staff always kept high customer service oriented attittude. Love it this store location !!.

Poor service drink tasted like water , would never return to this store , they do not know how to make a drink ...Need more training..worst drink ever...

I am not a morning person and I don't like loud things .. it's unfortunate I have been coming here for 6 years on and off. I have always loved the people who work here. There's a truly obnoxious person who when they work screams at you when you come in. I get greeting is a way to welcome people .. there's a way to do it without breaking eardrums and before people have a chance to have the coffee they ordered. I'll be going to another Starbucks going forward.

I wanted to like coming to this store because it’s right by my house. On top of ordering ahead I have had to wait an extra 10-20 mins and have had to leave before getting my coffee, as I was headed to work. Despite them being awfully slow, they are friendly! My coffee is always correct so I can’t give just 1 star.

Not a very good experience. Cashier did not appear properly trained on how to ring up custom drinks. There was no welcome when arriving and no happy vibes while waiting for such a long time. I understand busy, but I also know that the experience is what makes this cup worth it. Didn't get any eye contact from anyone and no one could hear the names when they were rarely called out. The team seemed to step all over each other and be missing out on communication. While receiving an Americano, it was not sleeved or had the stopper. Because of the busy environment it spilt down my hand as I sleeved it myself. Either be patient for this one or find a better spot than this one.
