I really hate to be this person but it’s so frustrating that they never can get a vanilla sweet cream nitro (with EXTRA sweet cream) right. It’s like they can’t be bothered to add the extra cream, every time. One time I asked for them to fix it and they handed me a cup with just sweet cream instead of taking my drink and fixing it. Idk how every other location gets it right but they don’t. I tried to order here one more time and it was the same thing. :/ guess I’ll drive further to a different one. I just hate how they don’t seem to care and are rude when you ask it to be fixed.
I have been enjoying Starbucks for years! One of the best things walking into this establishment is the "Good Morning" and welcoming feeling! This location is one of the most unwelcoming ones I've been in. I will tell you, there was complete silence as each patron walked in/out of the door. I even went as far and said, "thank you, have a nice day!" and dead silence is what i receivedin return!!It is a shame that place is off of 7th!Better management/supervision? Idk what the answer is, but I want my old coffee shop feeling back.
The staff was very cordial but it's still overpriced coffee and milk and sugar. And when I worked at Target and we had a Starbucks up front, I discovered from their employees that all the expensive sandwiches and sugary treats are frozen! I mean, I knew they werent all homemade before but they arrange them and display them in the case like a bakery would. Putting processed eggs and cheese on a frozen croissant displayed on top of snowflaked shaped doilies doesnt make my mouth water. Make your own coffee at home it's cheaper. And their frappuccinos have more calories and sugar than a full meal plus dessert do. So sorry ladies, you can get it with soy milk or light whip cream or sugar free caramel drizzle. You're still gonna get fat. And it's not fat shaming, because I'm fat. You're allowed to make fun of someone nowadays as long as you're the same as what you're ridiculing. Or so I've been led to believe by millennials. And yes, I'll be 40 this year, so I know that makes what I'm writing the equivalent of yelling "Get off my lawn!!!!!" to strangers. Don't care.
This place has become a homeless and drug user shelter. Literally two homes men in there and another with a giant suitcase lighting up a blunt outside right by the front door. If something bad happens there, only themselves to blame for not keeping vagrants our while law abiding citizens are not even considered. Will never go back in there.
This store used to be great when they first opened unfortunately it has gone down hill. Management may have changed, lines are super long, always short staffed, always runout of items or truck delays & drinks get stolen (prob from sitting so long while waiting 20-30 mins in drive thru) or are not made right & have to be remade cause they have someone yet again training. We have a ton of Starbucks around us but I can literally walk to this one, I would rather drive than deal with this store.
Line can be long at times but they move quickly
The slowest Starbucks… ever. I usually make the drive out of my way to camp bowie/little page because they’re so much faster, even if the line is long…. Didn’t today, wish I would’ve because I’ve been in the drive thru line for 20 mins :/
This Starbucks used to be so fast. I don’t know if it’s a change in management, staff, or simply that they’re understaffed, but it’s become at best a 20 minute wait in the drive thru. As I write this review I’ve been in the drive thru a grand total of 25 minutes. The staff here are always friendly and accommodating. They are amazing people truly, but lately the length of time for the drive thru is slower than any other place with a drive thru (including normal food places). I avoid this one at all costs if I can.
The workers here have always been friendly, even when they make my drink wrong they’ve always been happy to remake it.The reason for one star is because, more than once, I have made a mobile order (on my way to work) only for a sign on the door to say “CAFE IS CLOSED, MOBILE ORDERS USE DRIVE THRU”.This is a problem, because the drive-through line here regularly extends to the street… but when the café is closed (like it is right now as I wait in line) there are over 20 cars in line and I’ve been in line OVER 30 minutes !!I made a mobile order because I didn’t have time to wait in line. If the café is closed, then mobile orders should be shut off on the app by whomever makes that decision. Not doing so is ridiculously inconsiderate to people’s time and money, considering a mobile order cannot be canceled once placed.
I’ve never been to such an inept Starbucks! I went inside to order take-out and my order took over 20 minutes and after having to ask about the order and send a drink back 2 times for being incorrect, they still didn’t get the order right! I was shorted a spinach feta wrap, but didn’t have the time to try to get one more mistake corrected. There were about 4 others whose orders were incorrect as well.
