I have been here a couple times to buy gift cards for my daughter's teachers. They also have a good selection of coffee mugs, including Texas themed cups and tumblers. Coffee itself is good too?
The lady on the window in the morning(has a nose piercing) cannot or refuses to multi task!!! The line was so slow, it turns out she is not able to start taking an order while she is delivering whoever is at the window, and she cannot deliver items while she is taking an order. I watched her hold my cold drink on her hand for 3 minutes while she took an order when she could’ve easily handed it to me while she listened to the order. I was late to work, spend 22 mins in the drive thru line, we do drive thru because it supposed to be the fastest way to get going. Very disappointed.
Haven't been to Starbucks in ages as sometimes products aren't so great. Today was exceptional! My cafe mocha was delicious and hot. I purchased a scone which was a bit dry however I declined to have warmed up which may have improved things. Overall I was happy with my purchases and would return.
Can't go wrong with their mobile app. Staff is always great too. And fast. Their sandwhiches are delicious!
I really like this location! I just don't live close by, or drive in this area often. Fast, friendly and professional.
Great coffee, but sometimes online ordering is not up and it is not always open inside for a quick pickup.
I ordered a grande vanilla bean frappuchino but they gave me a lid where you can't drink from it. I also ordered a venti pink drink but they gave me a grande size.They also gave me such a little whipped cream on my drink. They didn't gave me a receipt either. The order took such a long time to get it too. They need more training for costumer service and not talking to the employees all the time. They waste so much time

Literally! Asked for a caramel frappe and they gave me pumpkin spice (which I hate). I called in and spoke with Kelsey letting her know they gave me an incorrect order. She told me to come in and they would replace it.I go back and the lady says she’s going to trash it and they’ll get me a new one. 2 mins later they literally hand me the same cup! I’m very upset and highly annoyed. It does not take too much to fix an order THEY messed up. But instead they decided to be lazy and lie as if they were going to fix it. Never going back here.
Consistent drinks quality, really good customer service - 4 stars out of 5 because occasionally it takes a while for my standard single order to get out the window despite no line in the drive through.
