Ordered a Java chip frappe, and the first time, they gave me a random drink that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I have it back to them to fix it, and they still got it wrong. They didn’t add coffee and I did NOT ask for decaf. No chocolate drizzle. To make it even worse, they forgot another drink I ordered and it was about a 20 minute waste of my time.
This location has become my go-to, the staff is always very friendly and attentive, Carlos on the other hand is by far one of the best to encounter in there, even under pressure he keeps things moving at a consistent speed, never a bad experience here, they can get quite busy & backed up but thats expected from a drive-thru location; I manage multiple stores & I understand how stressful it can get dealing with walk-ins, online orders & drive-thru orders, no matter the day of the visit, they never miss. The drinks are always beyond my expectations, out of all the locations I visit this one is by far my favorite! +99999999999
I hope this finds the right person. I had the best interaction at this Starbucks today. I believe her name is Morgan. She truly made my day. In a world with so much negatively and hate, people like her give me hope and remind me that there are still genuine and kind individuals. I hope this review finds its way to her. If it does, thank you Morgan. Days have been hard and you made this one a little less hard for me. Your kind heart, sweet and positive vibes is just what I needed today. So I go to this Starbucks cause it's convenien, but I'm gonna start going to the one in alliance town. This Starbucks is so inconsistent on making a mocha Frappuccino it's insane. Some times it too much milk, or powder, or something but never correct. I don't know if the staff just changes that much but if you want any kind of Frappuccino don't go here cause it won't be correct. It's really sad cause I would imagine that's one of the easier drinks they have to make.
Terrible pathetic employees work here I ordered my coffee drink and I waited about 10-15 minutes for it I never got it, so I asked for a refund then on my way out I was told not to come back what a complete total waste of time here at this location. Employees here I see dont work hard and they do what they choose to without any real supervision or discipline. Dont waste your valueable time here. But oh when there little friends come in its different yeah I see for real though how it is and whats really going on Im not blind or deaf.
In the morning, it has its days it could be busy or not. I noticed when it is busy, they only have two people and when is not so busy they have like four people and talking and joking around and they do not hurry with people's orders like hello we have work to get to. Also, they have a big dude with tattoos, so before he got to the window so I can pay, I saw he threw some bake goods on the counter and it slip and fall to the floor. I just hope that wasn't mine because I would have driven off. He picked it up, then threw it back on the counter, and I could see the bake goods halfway out the bag touching the counter. he did fix it and closed the bag. I'm so disappointing poor person behind me because I am sure when it fell down, it came out the bag, and he just picked it up. On top of that, he had no smile didn't greet me at all, and he looked mad and annoyed of his job. This was like 5:30 am. After witnessing all that, I will not be stopping at Starbucks anymore.
Always nice to stop at a location where they get my drink correct! They're always nice and willing to help decide on something if they're out of my regular.
Ordered online during normal business hours, went to pick up my order and the doors were locked but people were still inside. Tried to show them hey I have a mobile order what the heck and they just continued to wave me off like we’re closed, two hours early? Ok well how do I get my money back? Wouldn’t talk to me or help me, had to call the National Starbucks hotline to get my money back. Crew was very unprofessional as a whole.Would avoid this location, not the first incident with just overall poor and rude customer service. Reading the reviews it seems such behavior is a recurring occasion here.
The store was short handed and the drive thru was busy, yet the employees were very professional and explained there would be a bit of a wait time. I would definitely return to this location. Team Work was excellent as well as over all customer service.
Wonderful place, Fantastic people! Not only are they quick and efficient, they are nice and welcoming to new as well as returning customers! I also wanted to mention that they're totally invested in EVERY customer's satisfaction, and well being. All the way down to a very green delivery driver who obviously had no idea how to handle himself in the store when orders are flying in and out thru drive thru and in-store. People and coffee flying in and out, everywhere you look! But they still took time to MAKE SURE he knew he had the right order and followed the right steps to complete his pickup, and get him pointed in the right direction to succeed on his delivery ( all while smiling and being patient, answering questions that only a newbie would ask. All the while Chaos was ensuing in a controlled level , albeit not much time to sit back and see that unfolding!!WONDERFUL JOB WESTERN CENTER!!! FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!
