This Starbucks rarely gets my order wrong, unlike the Starbucks next to Walmart on Beach. Also, they did fix the order the few times it was wrong, such as giving me a medium instead of a large.

People working there are the worst I have seen. I just passed by the drive through and nobody answered then one of the workers (orange curly hair) just looked at me and ignored me completely. Going next door and never coming back.

Went for coffee this morning. Google said they were open, all of the lights and signs were on in the drive-thru, indicating they were, in fact, open. Waited in a line for about 30 minutes, when I was finally able to give up and pull forward, where a sign was posted on the window that their hours had changed. No updates via Google, no signage posted for the other poor souls in line, and that line was HUGE. A sign should be posted at the front of the drive-thru, not one tiny sign after it. Ruined a lot of mornings.

I ordered through the app which I’ve been using for the last 3yrs or so and after sitting in line for 30 minutes as they fixed two drinks for the customer in front of me, they still messed my drink up. Didn’t have all the add-ins and was the wrong size. When I politely explained to them what happened, the girls who made the drink rolled their eyes and made comments about how it was my fault. They also fail to mix the drinks properly, so it’s always just layers of the coffee, creamer, whip cream, etc which looks beautiful but tastes watered down. They also gave me attitude when I asked for a trenta ice water stating they had water cups I could use instead. Will not be coming here anymore.

Had issues with orders being incorrect before, food is almost always gone, and had no veterans day benefits and the only reason I came today was to contribute my purchase (had more drinks) to the non profit organizations Starbucks said they supported and would donate to.So 2 stars for lack of communication to employees and your patrons... Didn't know this until ordering and your employees believe there's absolutely no veterans Day benefits

Ordered 2 of the same drink/same size lol why are they different colors and taste different? lol

I went in today with my son around 12:30p. They were really busy and I expected the cashier to be flustered and I did not fully expect to receive good customer service. The young lady behind the counter was so very sweet and helpful though!! She complimented me on my voice and said I was pretty before taking our order. I have a bit of a strange tone to my voice that I’m self conscious about and that just made my day for her to say that. They were out of the original thing that I wanted but she made helpful suggestions and I easily chose something else. A small act of kindness really boosted my spirit and helped us enjoy our day. Thank you :)

Staff is always very nice.

Line moved fairly quickly especially for it being a Saturday. My turn at the window was swift. I placed a mobil order and it was ready and correct. Staff was pleasant even tho they were busy. I have no complaints and I visit again when I'm over that way again..

so you want to show your bf/ gf /work bestie you care and got DEEEEEEEEEP pockets. This is getting outrageous. ??
