So this was my first Starbucks experience because I'm not a coffee drinker and did not care for the hype. If I'm in the Caribbean I'll enjoy a nice cup of Blue mountain peek coffee. In Bali, I enjoyed quality indonesian organic blend. Otherwise, I do not drink coffee routinely, and even though I'm aware that Starbucks sells other food items, I had no desire to visit, knowing that they are all overpriced and overrated. The coffee shop that I visited in Fort Worth was clean, they had nice music in the background and the young ladies behind the counter were really pleasant. This made for a good experience. My hot chocolate was not really good. My veggie sandwich and banana cake were okay.
I love working at this location!Today I had the opportunity to serve a customer who was unhappy with her order. I was glad to have all 4 of her drinks remade since they had sat for 20 minutes before she was able to pick them up. No problem.No matter what you are wearing or what kind of day you are having, we are glad to have you in our store and we hope to send you off happy and satisfied! If you ever aren’t please let us know so that we can fix it!
They took long with my mom order today this morning. This worker name john went out of his way make sure I was well taken care of. He does have a great personality (: I love this location!!
The best drink to order I made up about 2 decades haha it’s low carb. Ask for a Venti, Breve, no water, Chai. You’ll absolutely love it! It’s better than the original by far and addicting lol FYI Please bring back the lemon bars! Those were the best I’ve ever tasted in my life! UghSo we’re the tuna fish Sandwiches. Miss them.
I enjoy this location and appreciate their hard work at a super busy store. Sara is a joy and always remembers my order and makes suggestions for new drinks. I have noticed when she is working that the store is super clean, she moves to different spots to help others and the line moves faster. With COVID still present and the lobby closing more often, the store is still staffed and working to keep us caffeinated. Yay!
I ordered a venti cold brew with 6 pumps of vanilla and 6 pumps of brown sugar with vanilla sweet cream. I am no stranger to this drink and have orders it every time I go to Starbucks it did not taste how it’s supposed to taste at all so I went back in and told the girl she was very nice and said she have them remake it when the guy called my name after 10 minutes of waiting it didn’t even have the vanilla sweet cream in it I’m very disappointed ?
This Starbucks is so inconsistent. Some days the lobby is open. Some days it isn’t. Some days their drive thru is decent. Some days it’s 30 minutes. Yet another Fort Worth Starbucks that used to be quick and good, but now has gone to being pretty slow.
First time I've ever been to Starbucks. First time I've ever ordered ice coffee. The lady behind the counter was very nice and gave me a great recommendation for my first ice coffee and it was very tasty. I highly recommend. I will be going back every chance I get. The store was very clean.
Hella busy if you go during any kinda of expected rush time. It's a Starbucks, they don't change. If you like any other store, you'll like this one.
