My granddaughter, age ten, and I stopped here for a snack after I picked her up from school. She's a big fan of tater tots so we ordered tater tots and a fancy shake for her. Her order of tater tots was so minuscule I didn't even try to snitch any of them. Best part of this place is the fact that you can sit in your car in a shaded cover and have your food delivered to you. I was torn between 3 and 4 for the rating but the tiny little serving of tater tots earned them a three.
The service was fast even though they were very busy. The The individual who delivered the order was friendly. A smile, thank you, and have a great day will get a tip from me. I ordered a cherry limeade and jumbo popcorn chicken. The chicken was fresh/hot. I have received the popcorn chicken from other Sonics and they were hard and not even warm. I go to this area to get my nails done and and usually stop at this location because I know I will receive good service and food ordered.
Was not impressed with this Sonic at all, and after seeing the other reviews I see why. All I ordered was the 5pc chicken strip meal and it took 15 minutes? Not only this, three other cars with larger orders got their food before me, even though I was there before them. I guess Francis the server could see I was not very happy, but I did not say anything and went to drive away. While backing out, I happen to look towards the window where I caught her waving making a "gesture"... I backed up to see what she was gesturing, and she had already ducked out. They wouldn't get a star at all but won't let you post without giving one.
Thus is an awful sonic. Waited over 15 min a drink and cheesesticks thar never came. Asked for a refund that took another 10 min to which I had to go inside and get it. The excuse I was given was they weren't on shift and it was a mistake with no recompense...disgusting inside btw...needs a health inspector check for sure. Used to be my favorite sonic but this place has gone down. Do not go here.
Awful service! Drinks are flat because they ran out of carbonation. Then, they say the can’t give a refund because I ordered through the app. Call customer service through the app and they refuse to give a refund. Order at your own risk.
I’ve never done DoorDash from Sonic before tonight. My experience was not so good. My order details that I specified were completely wrong and the burger and onion rings were cold. I specifically asked for no ketchup, no pickles on my burger, add mustard with the mayo it already comes with. Get my order and I have a ketchup burger with pickles lol. No mayo or mustard and they forgot my ketchup packets. Not too much of a big deal but I really would of liked to have got my cheeseburger the way I wanted since I hate ketchup and pickles on a burger.
I ordered a cherry limeade only and it took a while. The guy answering the speaker was rude.. I asked him how long it was going to take since I only had a drink. And he said your going to have to wait just because you are picking up for jordache or Uber you have to wait your turn. Because if I send your out first others will get mad. I said for one thing I'm not either one of them.
The order took forever and the pretzel's used to be absolutely amazing. Not any more they are nasty. Service wasn't all that great either.
As always the drinks are best in town. This used to be a really great Sonic... But rude and nasty night shift that could not get a drink order of 1 correct that was ordered online...i won't go back to this location.
Just takes way to long to just get a drink, should really do better getting to the customers that only order drinks !!!
