It is literally 9… and you say you open at 8 am on Saturday come in smoothie king. Come to work
I am absolutely livid as i write this review. I grew up with smoothie king and have never had a bad experience but now at this location I've been denied service wellllll before the 9pm closing time 2 times now! "Were sorry we're not serving anymore smoothies at this time"What makes me livid today you ask? I just finished working a 13 hour shift my fiancé has been home sick throwing up all day and hasn't had anything to eat, i sat in an hour of traffic knowing id get to this location well before 9pm and at the intercom they say are no longer serving smoothies... so i pull through and guess what!? They are accepting payment and handing over a smoothie i then had to wait for the whole transaction to be complete and was stuck in the drive through knowing i wont be served. I get to the window and the employee quickly ran to the back. I'm extremely disappointed because i have enjoyed smoothie king for many years but this location is in serious need of training and managerial help.-God bless
Make sure you get here well before 9pm. They don’t stop serving at 9pm, they walk out the door at 9pm. I’m sure they make good smoothies when they work, just not sure when that is exactly.
this place is never open. lobby is closed and they never answer the phone
I've been here multiple times as it is on my way to work. On more than one of those trips, they closed early. I'm currently here now and have been here since 8:17pm and it's closed already!! Door & window say Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and came to the door. I had to knock on the glass for him to open the door and say they close early at 8:30 & have been due to staffing. It was 8:28 when I looked at my watch once he said that. W/an attitude, he offered to take my order at the window.
Everytime I have ordered here, not exactly what I asked for. I order a chocolate shedder, with double PB. Every once a while it was right. Last time I order, same thing, barely any pb was added. Then it tasted like chocolate flavored water....It needs some better Quality Control some how...
My son loves this place. So we've become regulars. They have muscle builder for him and collagen for me. Great variety of fruits too.
Manager went the extra mile to make a custom smoothie!
Service quality and speed have gone downhill in these last months.A shame since we actually liked their smoothies.
