Ordered online curbside pickup.. waited 15 min past pick up time for my smoothie... the only reason i got it then was because i got out and walked in the store for it only to find it sitting on the counter ( melted). The guy working was standing in the back doorwat on his cell phone. Cup was over flowing from the top which created a mess, and due to it being melted it tasted very watery. Very disappointed. Also the number on the door was going straight to voicemail with no VC mail setup.
Amazing smoothies and customer service! Highly suggest owner considers adding gratuity/ tip option when customers are paying at checkout.

Five stars only because of the young lady with the green hair an green eyebrows, (MS.christal)we are new to getting smoothies. We been having the hulk at other places, they been good but hers it’s off the chart we will be back. She was friendly, talked with us an was very respectful. The other employee was rude she didn’t speak, and acted like she had an attitude about being at work and my smoothie was awful and I do mean nasty as ever. But anywho thanks green goddess!!! She fixed it up for us. U have two customers as long as you are there. ???✅

Second attempt to place a mobile order today at a Smoothie King. Second time it has not been ready. I don’t have nice things to say about Smoothie King at the moment. Next time I want to spend 20 minutes waiting on a smoothie I will make my own.

I always get great service here! However, today there was only 1 employee (awesome redheaded worker!!) and bless her heart, she was handling both the customers in line as well as online orders! The line was out the door.Please send help!
