Went to get smoothie post workout as it is in super convenient location right next to the gym. The two workers including the so called “manager” guy were completely high and could not properly understand the order not properly communicate back due to being so baked at work (somehow this is ok?) . I ordered a medium smoothie with coupon which should cost no more than $5. The guy did not bother to give receipt either and turns out I was charged $10. Never visiting here again. Least you can do is keep the employees disciplined to not do drugs at work
If your looking for real fruit. Not here they only have strawberries and everything else is a powder that leaves film in ur mouth
Came at 8:53 and they closed the store. Asked them why they closed early and they said they closed at 9. Didn’t make since to me. I recorded a video of the Hispanic lady, young man with the dread locs, and the other young lady at the door at 9:00. They came out at 9 to hand someone a smoothie but refuse to acknowledge the fact that they closed hours before they were suppose to. I asked the Hispanic young girl if a manger was there she said she was the manager. I plan to send the videos to corporate and speak with the general manager tomorrow.
Tina was great she was the only one working tonight and she was killing the drive-through! That young lady needs a raise, despite there being a long line she still had a smile on her face and was getting through the orders quickly thank you so much for that wonderful customer service you are awesome ♥️
I've been to this location several times because it's conveniently close to my gym and it has a drive-thru. Sometimes my shake isn't completely blended but I just passively allow it. Today, I'm just outraged. This shake is so lumpy and full of powder until it won't come through the straw. This is ridiculous!!!

This location the smoothies don’t come out right. The portions were off or something because the smoothies my family and I always get were nasty to all of us. The lady was having a bad day she told us and her vibe was way off
Terrible customer service, guy at the drive thru needs a lesson in customer service. The wait was so long that I eventually just drove off. Sat behind two cars for 15-20 minutes with no progres. Do not recommend this location.
