Young man who took my order (early 20’s black man with styled eyebrow and short braids) was very professional and friendly. That is rare in today’s world and much appreciated!
Hey guys this place is great. They have an employee named Tie who is always very helpful! He always has suggestions and adds things to my smoothies to make them quite possibly the best smoothies I've ever had!! All of the staff are very friendly and the smoothies are great!
If you're forced to go here because you like drive thrus, please pay in cash. The workers here are just as polite as they are shady.
Showed up at 8:20. Lights are on. Doors are locked. Drive thru menus are lit, but speaker says location is closed. Posted closing time was 9PM. Disappointed.
It’s not just the smoothies they are great by the way. The employees there care and it shows. I go out of my way to get smoothies there
This location is a disgrace to smoothie king. There was seven people waiting inside for wrong orders five people in the drive through line and we waited 15 minutes. They had to ask again once we got to the window to take the order then still got the order incorrect. They forgot to even ask for payment I had to tell him I hadn’t paid yet. People go to smoothie King to get a quick meal on the way home or to the gym not to sit here and wait like you ordered a steak. I would not recommend this location period they still didn’t get my smoothie right after the second time tasted like sweet foam it was disgusting!. And wasted 20 min. I go here regular on a daily basis and for the last week it has got horrible both in service and quality. Whoever owned this location should fix this problem immediately as you are losing big business because I know I’m not the only one. And the new smoothie King just opened up on Hulen Street right down the road which I’m going to now to get another smoothie.
Order online but still have to go through drive through to pick up the order. What’s the point of ordering online? Service was very unenthusiastic. The drive thru only option should be advertised. I would not have come to the store if I knew the wait would be that long. Don’t go to this store.
In this Smoothie King they are irresponsible, after they do not know how to give a good smoothie, they give me a good service. How can it be that I've been waiting 20 days for a refund since they made a terrible smoothie for my husband and I. Carlos if you read this you are the worst manager and irresponsible should take you out of your position.
The green tea matcha smoothie that I got today was by far one of the best I have had! Employees were friendly and efficient, they kept the drive thru moving pretty quickly, especially for a Friday!
This morning I went to this Smoothie King I was waited on by a worker named Eric , I had a great experience Eric was really funny, great personality, very out going great customer service he was very detailed about these smoothies I asked a few questions concerning these smoothies and he was very patient and very good at his details, I will most definitely be back to this store . Thank you Eric great customer service.
